I have ordered Mi 10400 Mah power bank worth 641 Rs. including delivery charges on 25/07/2015 . I have also got Samsung 2600 mah power bank which was given free with Mi power bank . Both power banks are looks like they are fake. Mi power bank doesn't looks like it has 10400 mah capacity also it has a label of 20800 mah. i have booked this product with id [protected] on 26th may, 2015. but till today they are showing the product fullfillment is in progress and not answering the telephonic call.
I want to cancel this product but there is no other provision on their site so that i can cancel this order.
Kindly help me and take some legal action against this company.
