I have order power bank Combo Of free MI10400mAh(OEM) Power Bank & USB Led Light polo club watch and sun glass for Rs. 684 on sunday to buy it but after seeing so many complaint agaist this product i am trying to cancel this order. Iam calling to customer care phone no. In [protected] but nobody receive my call. So please cancel my order no. [protected]

I had bought this power bank Combo Of free MI10400mAh(OEM) Power Bank & USB Led Light polo club watch and sun glass for Rs. 684 on 4th august and received it today. Order Confirmation Number: [protected]. I was seriously disappointed as my power bank is not working, watch is broken and the sunglasses cover is broken. The most important thing power bank is not working on charging it. I needed it urgently and i'm stuck with this offer and product. the company is not responding, not picking my phone neither replying to my mails nor calling back. they area fraud company and many people who are complaining on Facebook they are removing the comments.

I have ordered Mi 10400 Mah power bank worth 641 Rs. including delivery charges on 25/07/2015 . I have also got Samsung 2600 mah power bank which was given free with Mi power bank . Both power banks are looks like they are fake. Mi power bank doesn't looks like it has 10400 mah capacity also it has a label of 20800 mah. It charges and discharges very fast so i think it would have very low battery storage capacity. Same problem with Samsung power bank. On 3/8/2015 I have received these power banks and I have tried it but as I had told above it's not working correctly or fake. The order no. is [Order [protected]]. I am requesting to replace it with the real one or refund or I will complaint against your company for selling fake products.

Ordered a battery bank item description : Mi 10400 mAh power bank with reference number :[protected]. Instead of what i ordered got a battery bank from samsung that to appear in used condition and not working. Had been trying contacting them but the number provided at your site as well is not working. After listening to IVR couple of minutes later the phone gets disconnected. had been charged a sum of Rs 580 for the product. please ensure if this forum has something than such issues would be resolved.

Sir, I have ordered Mi Power bank of 10400 mAh and samsung power bank of 2600mAh. But Mi powerbank gets drained in charging single battery of 1950 mAh and the samsung powerbank has been delivered with defect. As i ordered MI10400mAh power bank with Samsung 2600mAh power bank free product from book my offer as i got a faulty samsung power bank 2600mah which the parts were shaking inside the power bank :( :( ... and the mi10400 power bank was worked for first day properly... and from the next day it fails to give charging and was turned off till now... as they gave contact number +91-[protected] as i tried to contact them i was getting busy since 2 days...please help me to rectify the problem and i was cheated by book my offer... :( :(

These people are showing power bank amout, rs21, rs 79...and so...on...while purchasing they are asking rs 520...620...etc...why this type of cheating is done ...take strictly action on them they think our money is waste ...they...folll...peoples...take action on them

Sir, I'm Rana Sarkar from Air Force Station Sirsa, had placed an order of Ray Ban Aviator Brown RB3025 sunglass on 30 Jul 15 bearing reference number [protected], and have got the item on 03 Aug 15 via shipment[protected] on Ecom Express. 3/8/2015 - date of incident. We ordered some items such as earphone, memory card, watch, and bag. All the items are already used and third class quality items.All items are duplicate quality.Watch is worst quality .Memory card is already corrupted.Bag is not original.Earphone one side is working and other is not. We request for refund my amount as quick as possible.

I just ordered the MI power bank but after seeing the reviews and complaints against it i dont want to buy it so plz cancel my order as this is cheap quality product and company (you) are saying itself that they (you) are facing some problems with the device .

i have booked this product with id [protected] on 26th may, 2015. but till today they are showing the product fullfillment is in progress and not answering the telephonic call.
I want to cancel this product but there is no other provision on their site so that i can cancel this order.
Kindly help me and take some legal action against this company.
