I have ordered 1 MI 10400 mah Power bank
with Nova trimmer worth 698/- on
25/07/2015, order no#[protected]
which I got on 01/07/2015, I got duplicate
power bank by them which I compared with
original one, backup of duplicate is also
very-very less as compare to original one.
It looks very different too and also make
sound from inside when shake it. They are
cheating as online shopping. I want to get
original power bank or else want to cancel
this order if they are opened cheater's
market.

Date of the incident : 20.7.2015 I have ordered POWER BANK in "Book My Offer" company. And i will got the product after 10 days with defective conditions. At the time of booking product i seen on their website if the product is defective it will be replaced or amount will be refunded. So for that faith only i ordered. But when we received the product, power bank has not in working condition and also it is in broken condition. So immediately we tried to register complaint through phone which published in their website. phone was continuously disconnected after 2 min automatically. Till that two min also no response, i tried more than 10 times every time got the same response. Then tried to publish my complaint on their website. But when we click the option page shows" Wrong URL" are mistyped. Even we click only hyperlink of the website. Finally sent a mail to them, for the first mail we got the automated reply "Your query will be resolved with in 24 Hrs" even after 7 days there is no response. So from this complaint will help to create atleast such awarness to other peoples. Hence request you to don't buy any products on this website.

My order no.is[protected].I have got different and defective product.there was an offer of a combo of asandisk class 10 SD card, Samsung data cable & Sony earphone just at rs199.but I get a micro SD 8gbcard, a micromax headphone and a China data cable.all r defected.it'sa no.1 fraud website. I placed an order of Samsung 9000 mah power bank.. and order number is [protected].. when I got the product it turned to be faulty wit some technical faults...I booked an ticket for replacement. .they replied it ll solved in 24 to 48 hours but till date dint get any reply... tried calling book my offer customer care they are not responding

I ordered a Mi10400 power Bank last friday, i.e on 24th and the product i recieved was a fake one. It took only 30min to fully charge itself and didnt even charge my phone 10%! Within half an hour the power bank was discharged! I therefore sent them a mail on monday regarding this at [protected]@bookmyoffer.com and after few minutes i recieve a mail that my mail was not sent and that it has been bounced back. Even their customer support is un-responsive!!. I want to take this issue further and file a complain against this fraud company.

I have ordered nova trimmer from book my offer my ref no. Is [protected] its a non working product and duplicate its not a nova product i want my cash back as soon as possible or else i will raise a complain in national consumer want your revert on same as no one is receiving call in your call centre.

I AM Nirman Trivedi i had bought combo of Sabdisk 16 Gb memory card, sony headphone and samsung data cable.
They had sent a damage card, cozy headphone which hasnt a 3.5 mm jack.
For that i did so many mails and sent photographs but no reply
I also called and record my complain but all go fail.
It is a cheater co. Dont buy any product from it

I this is rakesh from Raipur (C G), have ordered Sony Power Bank USB Portable Charger 2800mah, sandisk Memory card 16GB, samsung data cable, sony Earphone set and after 8 days i got mail from them saying that order has been cancelled due to non availability of stock. Ok i agreed and waited for again 8 days for credit of my account. But no use i tried many times in their customer care number and raised ticket in there support site that also no use. I again request team to refund my money.
