I had ordered for a Samsung power bank and a Sony premium 4.1 channel speaker and opted for COD, delivery of product took 10 days, after the delivery person came, i opened it in front of him, for my astonishment I found both the products cheap and speakers were damaged and of a local speakers.the power bank does not work at all, customer care number also is fake, mailed but no prompt reply...

I placed a order with Invoice / Order No- [protected] on dt. 02.01.2017, with COD option and received parcel on 10.01.2017. But when I opened the parcel there is wrong order delivered to me .I found 16 GB memory card against 64 GB memory card and also found that there are another person address slip under my address. And when i used to inform the customer care, they were hang my call....

I want replacement of my Product at the earliest.

Still forgetting everything i fully charged the fake power bank in a hope that it will work properly but after charging it for more than 12 hours i noticed that within a minute all its battery got drained.
