I am order 34 size and branded & I am receive normal cloth very bad Colette and size 30

I brought a combo offer from the website - book my offer - Sony 10400mAh Powerbank with Samsung Evo 128gb memory card in Just Rs. 999 - from the above mentioned website under your super vision and paid Rs. 1149/- including COD Charges. But the product i received is damaged and duplicate. the images of the same is attaching for your reference. .

I have forwarded the image (attached here) of the product as per their request on 7th January. But they have not replied back after that. It is their responsibility to provide a solution for the fault product.

This is a duplicate product and charging is not working. I request you to collect the product back and return the payment of INR 448 collected from me.

I've ordered a memory card of 64GB of reference number [protected] but it's a defective piece. As I use it it's showing a 16GB capacity. I've try to contact them through phone number but call cuts automatically after selecting the option to connect to customer care. I've sent them a mail. I've recieved a mail from their side to answer my my mail but no action is taken till now.

I have booked a powerbank "samsung 20000mah. Today I received the powerbank. It is unfortunate to say the powerbank you have delivered is only a box without battery. When it connected to power or phone is neither chaeging nor power giving out. i think it is only bluff. The chord you have supplied if of old and not working.

Hence I request you to refund my amount and take your piece.order n ref# [protected]

I have ordered samsung power bank last wednesday i. E., 28/12/16 and my order id is [protected]. I recieved this power bank on 3/01/17. But the power bank that i recieved is faulty!!!
I tried to call your cutomer care but no one is recieving the call and after few seconds call automatically gets cut. So i request you to call me asap on [protected]/+[protected] so i could say what problem i am facing.

I have ordered samsung 64gb memory card, but I received 128gb duplicate memory card with samsung name, I have lost my all 6 years of data like family photos and videos. Kindly punish them without fail. They are playing with our emotions...and I need my Rs.598 money back or 64gb samsung memory card. This not just a fraud they are playing with our emotions they should get punishment legally.

I book my order i. E. Samsung guru music 2 sm (Black)/e 1282 on 2 january 2017 with the reference no.-[protected]. And i get this phone today on 6 january 2017.

But i got samsung gt-e 1200 single sim instead of samsung guru music 2 sm (Black)/e 1282 i. E. Against my order and the charger which you provide is local and damaged;not of samsung. And battery is also defected. And the phone is not also getting switch on.
