I have ordered a samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light from bookmyoffer.com. It was delevered to me on 27-dec-16. I have got a domaged item. It does not work at all. Also there are multiple scratches on the product. I am totaly unsatisfied with the product. I want to return the item and refund back of my money.

Actually i ordered a samsung powerbank which is not working atall. It is not good at all and from starting only its not working and ur phn no is also not working. Usless site and will never suggest anyone.
