On 10.01.2017I have online booked 02(Two) Samsung Power Bank of 20000 mAh vide Order No 1)[protected] & 2) [protected] price Rs-548/- each.On 19.01.2017 revived my items in enclosed packed via DTDC Currier company and I have paid RS-1096 on Cash to Jhargram DTDC Currier agent .When I have opened the packed, I found there are two duplicate samsung power Bank having capacity written 16800 mAh.
I have asked Jhargram DTDC Currier agent about the matter and he told he has already deposited RS-1096/- into bookmyoffer.com company Bank account on 20.01.2017 but failed disclosed the name and address of sender.
You are requested, Kindly take necessary and suitable action in this matter and make able to refund my money.

I ordered a MI power bank from bookmyOffer .. but they delivered samsung power bank ..and its totally pathetic and duplicate..
I tried calling their customer care number many times but it is not working ..
this is a fraud site kindly see to it ..
Even on the bill it is mentioned MI power bank ..

I ordered a powerbank from the website after seeing and offer of 20000 mah at 300 Rs, but when it arrived, the final amount was 548 Rs. It weighed far less than its mentioned capacity, so I opened it and found out that it had only one cell, the rest were some hardened materials made from rubber I think, to give weight to the product. It's totally fake, and I lost all my money. I asked the DTDC courier service that I collected it from, if I could open to check for its genuineness, but they said they would not take back such a product. So I had to pay the money and then open it, so am left helpless. Help me somehow.

The product was totally duplicate and made by third-party company, and the Product is not working, it can not be charge the phone proper, it early to draining, so I want return this item and want to my rupees as soon as.

I had ordered two power banks from the website. One Samsung 25000mah power bank and the other one was MI 20800mah. I received wrong products. Both the products are not as described on the website. They have sent me both Samsung 16800mah power banks.

I then mailed them. But no reply from them yet.
