We are not at all satisfied with the service you have provided to your customer. You have given a huge discount for the customers to get attracted toward the product for its reasonability.                           I have also book powerbank on 22 september 2016 but powerbank does not working it has a defect.Few days later company will send another powerbank but it also have the same problem as in earlier one. I have complaint many times but their is no response from the company. please replace the powerbank otherwise return my money back as soon as earlier.

                                  Two 128GB Samsung Memory Cards received through order ids P[protected] & P[protected] are not working. Also Samsung service center refused to replace asking that these are FAKE cards. I have emailed to BookMyOffer in [protected]@bookmyoffer.com yesterday[protected], but no response till now. Previously also I had requested to cancel two out of my six orders but no response till date.
                                  Four orders out of six has been delivered and there is no trace of rest two orders.
                                  I would like to cancel my rest two following orders, but I am puzzled at non-responsive attitude.

                                  Updated by kumbha                                   Despite my request for CANCELLATION of my two orders. The order No. [protected] for Intex 4.1 Multimedia was delivered in damaged condition on 19/01/2017.
                                  Today only i again requested for return of the same and refund of my money Rs. 2099/-.
                                  Also the other Order No. [protected] for Milton Flask 1 Litre + 1 Laptop Bag which i have not received yet nor i have got my money Rs. 1099/- back or any message / communication from BookMy Offer.
                                  The images of broken speakers are attached herewith.
                                  Request to refund my money for these two orders honestly and quickly.
