The website is totally waste of money and time. I am purchase a power bank in this sit for rupees 499+50 rupees is delivery charges and some other changes. The product is deliver on my address and I’ll be pay the amount of the product and I open my parcel and I am connects the power bank to my phone but the power bank is not working and I am again try it but no response and I am complaint the power bank in the book my offer customer care but he saying the product is not returned. So that the first time I am shopping at book my offer and I am promise to herself in my future I am not buying the product on bok my offer

I have purchased a 128 gb samsung memory card (order no. [protected]) from bookmyoffer.com which was received on 16.08.2016. the product which i have received was duplicate and faulty.

Regarding this i have given several mails and telephonic complains, but they did not replace the product or refund my money back. at present their phone does not connects as well as they did not even replying the mail.

This is a fraud site with duplicate and defective products selling to the customers.

I purchased the above referred product from bookmyoffer.Com in rs. 749/- with cod & shipping charges at 02.09.2016.
But the product is not working properly. I doesn't give me proper output.
I talk to customer care executive of book my offer & mail them regarding my complain but i am not satisfied with their reply.

Please help me in this matter.

I have ordered a power bank of 25000 mah + 64 gb memory card. Order no-[protected]. Sd card is duplicate and not working at all. Let me tell about power bank, broken and faulty product. This duplicate power bank and sd card by this fault company bookmyoffer.com had give me mental disturbance for online shopping.
"bookmyoffer.com" should be banned and punished.

I have been calling call centre, no respond. Even I am tracking in mails, at last they concluded that we cannot replace the product.
Because of this fake site, I have lost 250 rs.

I bought a 16800mAh samsung power bank but the seller gave me the bill of 16800 mAh powerbank.when i see the bank that is 25000 mah.then i was complain given email address.After that they replaied and gave me some instruction how to use the bank but the bank did not work correctly.when i replied for change the power bank and claimed for original bill they denai and reply me they can not change the power bank.please take any action about my complain

Issues -
• product that was delivered is defective, sole of the shoe is damaged.
• the product is not genuine. is made in name of 'nike' but is not actually on nike brand. the product is faked with nike brand name.
• product is not as it was shown on the website when i ordered.

Bookmyoffer.com this is a online site I had placed a order it was a power bank but when I got the power bank doesn't work no body lodge my complaint no body received the costomer care number which was provided in the sight .it was very ridiculous to treat customers .i have doubt this is a genuine or ture online sight this is a fraud the company cheats the costomer. i want to replace or refund against my order but this online company does not accept my request . I want to no body cheated from this company please take some strict action.

Hi, this is mahesh. I have booked a bag in bookmyoffer.com on 3rd sept 2016 bearing order num: [protected] and it has delivered on 10 sept 2016 and i paid money through cash on delivery. And after opening the seal i have checked the bag, and i found that the bag is not original product, and found a defect. So then i mailed the customer care ( [protected]@bookmyoffer.com ) regarding the defect i have found, on the same day itself. Then they replied me to send the photograph of defect and asked me to explain me briefly about the problem i was facing with that product. And then i have sent a mail including the photo of defect and about the quality of the product. And then i didnt get any reply from the customer care, so i called the customer care on the num [protected] on the next day and talked with them about the product, then they told me to wait for 48hrs and you will get responce mail from them. I waited but i didnt get any reply from them, i have lost my patience and again i have mailed them about my problem. After then i have got a mail from them as such " the product has no warranty/guarantee ". But i was not bothering about the guarantee and warranty, the main thing i want is the original product with a good quality and the product they sent me is already defected. Even though they didnt mention that it has no warranty or guarantee in site. All that i want is my money back because i dont hope that they would good quality product in future, they might send same product again and they can make my time waste.
