On 18-9-16 i received and i opened in front of delivery boy. I show him that product is damaged. But he said i am just delivery boy. Pick up team is different. So i trust this company and pay him 1149/- for my order.

Same day i mail to this company and they ask for the snapshots of the product. I sent them and i got this reply as under.

We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your product images to concern team and as per their feedback that there is no damage in product, so we are not able to help you in this issue.

An order was placed online for a Power bank 16800 mah but received 25000 mah in a very shabby and non working condition. A complaint was registered online with no response therefore an email was sent after 3 days. The authorities refuse to replace the product mentioning that it is late since their policy says revert in 3 working days but I have sent the complaint through their website on the 3rd day.
Look forward to receive your guidance and support in order to get a replacement. Best regards-Dominic
