I am shubham rakesh. I bought a power bank from book my offer which is not working. I buy it today. It is all new. Plz exchange it, i want good power bank which work properly. I ordered it on september 2 2016 and i got it on september 6 2016 via ecom on my proper address : near v2 retail, srk mini mall, chhapra, bihar, india.

Requesting return immediately. Company coustomer care numbers are not responding calls. Bookmyoffer.com is giving fake brands and product with uncertified oem.

            I ordered for a samsung/mi 20800mah powerbank with samsung 64gb memory card order no.- [protected]
            But i get a 25000mah samsung "used and fully defective" powerbank it works only 2-3min after full charging and i didn't get any memory card.

            I had a very long discussion in email with costumer care of this site but they did nothing.
            I am writing all the replies that i got from there then it will easy to understand the case (And attaching pic of product and emails thread)

            But it's not about warranty/guarantee when you delivering a used defective/damage item. It's like you can deliver anything you want, regardless of what people order. Can you send me the your company's policy link, where they write that they can deliver 25000mah
            Samsung "used and fully defective" powerbank "only" instead of samsung/mi 20800mah powerbank with "samsung 64gb memory card" (Where is that memory card). But i will forget about memory card if got "working" 25000mah samsung power bank but this much money i can't just let go for a rubbish.
            And now you are offering 50% bmo points for next purchasing, so tell what i need to order if want a samsung/mi 20800mah powerbank.
            And who will take risk to purchase again from there.
            Ps: so please think about it again, may be package mislabeled or something.

            And as per your policy first three point of your policy make me eligible for return/replacement screenshot attached.

            2. Yes physically damaged because it has scratches and it used before.
            3. Yes product is different from description on the website, i ordered samsung/mi 20800mah powerbank with "samsung 64gb memory card" but what i got is 25000mah samsung "used and fully defective" powerbank. (Not only different even less because i didn't got memory card.)

            2% charging and it's gone. Here it's gone means discharged, means powerbank backup is for 3-4 min. Is that means it's working?.
            And you naver mention about memory card what about that?
            How can you close the case.

                It is a duplicate product not of samsung brand.
                No manual of how to use it of samsung power bank is provided.
                Not able to charge even a one single mobile handset.

                              I am Sucharita and I ordered a Samsung Powerbank and received a damaged one. They called me after complained in this Consumer Complaints and they were asking my Debit card Number and I said I will not tell them instead I asked them to refund my amount to my bank account through netbanking or cheque but they were asking my Card Number and personal details of my debit card. so please help me and I want my refund amount through netbanking or cheque.

                                I ordered a Sony headphones from this online site. But the shipping is done of a different product, they shipped headphones of 'beats'. I emailed them but the reply that came from their side is 'the product is not damaged, hence the case is closed from our side'. What should I do now. Then delivered headphones are of bad quality, seems like it has been used and then shipped.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  I had ordered a Samsung 16000 mAh powerbank from bookmyoffer.com but they sent me a damaged and really outdated product and it is not even working from start. I mailed them the issue but they say that they don't think the product is damaged and there is no type of warranty or guarantee against the product but the product isn't working from the first day itself. Please help me get my refund from this fraud company which show wrong photos while selling the items and then send fake products. Thank you.

                                    I had purchased power bank last week online.. Ref no is [protected]. The product what I received is third class. only packing is good. It's not like original power bank from Samsung. Even connector given by them is from MI company. That also looks so cheap & duplicate Product. now I am trying to call centre number it will get disconnected without transferring to exec.
                                    Worst I expect from them is replace or refund my money back.
                                    Need someone to help to refund my amount. &Take strict action against book my offer.com
