      I have ordered Samsung EVO 64 GB SDXC memory card along with pocket raincoat and umbrella of any brand on www.bookmyoffer.com. My order number is [protected], order date 21/07/2016. Product received on 29/07/2016.
      I found that Samsung memory card is not working with my Lenovo tablet S8 50LC or laptop. So I checked its genuineness using different sites i.e., YouTube and SDinsight etc. and found that it was a counterfeit.
      So i Complaint regrading this to theirs complaints handling email address [protected]@bookmyoffer.com on 31/07/2016. After getting sharp shots they also agreed to replace the memory card within 5-7 working days on 02/08/2016. But they didn't replaced it till 22/08/2016. So when i further query about this, on 01/09/2016 they replied that your replacement is not approved.

                      I have received the defect/duplicate product which was not working, I have contacted the costumer care several time since 01.08.2016 but they were not resolving my problem.This was the fake site with all the duplicate product .

                                        I have ordered the power bank for the online shopping site Book My Offer and when I got the my order it was in dissembled condition and now the company is saying that they will not replace the product. Nor they are attending my call. And I got the product on Monday and from Monday till Saturday I have called them more then 100 times and mailed them about their product more than 7-8 times. But still I didn't got any revert from the site bookmyoffer. And now they are blaming me that i have opened that product.
