I had purchased 2 items from this site. After reading the reviews of the site i feel like cancelling the product but haven't seen any means to do so. From the reviews about the site, customers say they mostly deliver either damaged or fake products. So i kindly request you to order the items under the order number

I ordered samsung power bank (25000 mah) from this website and they delivered it with a free floaters chappal.
We charged this power bank for 7 hours. Then we tried to use it for our phones. But this power bank is automatically goes off after 3 seconds.
I called +91 [protected] and spoke to a lady. She said there is no warranty or guarantee on free items. She said power bank was free with floaters chappal.
Arrey bhai, why will the flowers chappal be rs 819?
These shopping websites show attractive products and claim to be best but end up giving defective products.

And initially they showed 70 rs but as soon as i clicked on order, it showed 10 times more amount. See pictures for reference.
I don't know where are they located.
Please do something. With faith we buy online stuffs. But such fraudsters always break or trust. I want justice. I want my money back.

I am purchasing power bank on your site, booking date is aug 19 and received date is aug 29. on cash on delivery.. but power bank totally scratch and damage . this is cheating. pls refund my cash or please send the new product. please provide neccessery action immediatly.

But when i have received the parcel the both pair of shoes are totally different or duplicate what i have ordered and of cheap quality and i have ordered 8 nos of shoes but they delivered 9 nos. Saturday sunday media internet private limited who running a ecommerce business with name bookmyoffer is totally a 100% fake company who showing a bumper offer and attract consumer fall on their track.

I have seen lots of deadly review about this fake company but not understand all the review the people are made are they really responded by our consumer forum which was made for our protection.

Are consumer forum capable of doing a great job to restrict this kind of fake company to make consumer becoming fool?
Are india have a standard consumer forum made under the consumer protection act (1986)? Is our consumer forum is corrupted?
If it is so, thus the time i spend by writing this review is totally waste of time. This kind of company running in the market openly and showing his/her dare because they know very well our country have no proper consumer law. But still i want to share my review what is happending to my brother while purchasing to this fake website.

I ordered a samsung memory card class 10, 32 gb but received a 64 gb instead of my perfect order but it is also a fake & corrupted product which is not usable.

When i complain to their customer service (Which was a very poor service, having call no. +91-[protected], company based on golf course road sector 43 gurgaon 122002), they told sorry we not unable to replace it because you open it. It is disastorous and strategy to make fool to consumer.

I ordered a product nokia 1110 at rs 799 only, nokia with mi20400, having prodict id - [protected] on 14th aug. Today it is delivered and i got another phone as well as mi 20400 is not in the box. So i want to return it.

Last week sunday(21.08.2016) i have applied Nokia 206 (magneta colour) phone one piece in Bookmyoffer online shopping(COD).
The courier also come through Aramex, but Nokia 206 model phone was not there.
The some other Nokia phone model was there.
So, i want to return the phone what i have received and i need my money back.so, what's the procedure.please help me sir.

I have order for mi power bank my products reference no is [protected] and i received the product on 29 august 2016. But 2nd product worst quality and not working.

I have mail regarding the same complain on dated and continuously trying to call customer care number .However since days i have not received any reply. By mail regarding my problem nor customer care is responding.

This was my first purchase from book my offer and worst experience with your company ever. I request you to solve the matter immediately...Ur not not responding i am complaint to police station

I receive faulty and defective product. Oder no-[protected] i want to return my product. I receive on 27/08/2016 pls give my solution as first as possible. I wants to back my moneys any cause. It is my fault to choose book my offer for online shoping.

Sir i orderd a 128 gb samsung memory card and men shoot but they gave me an old powerbank which is damage and a cloth piece unknown brand and on calling they are not returning it they asked me to contact care online but they are not replying there plz sir make my money refund because in this not an object is worth using all are damged

Sir, i purchase power bank (699 rs) in this site, but it is defective so i call costmer care, after 20 days they give replacement but they gives another defective piece, so i contact again they 400 rs in my bookmyoffer if i shopping upto 500 then they cut wallet, than i purchase sd card 850 rs. So i give 450 cash, they give another fake product, i contact again then they gives another fake samsung sd card, i checked in samsung care center they he says it is fake sd card, bookmyoffer all product is fake or i have bill or the prof against him... So please help me..
