I had ordered a hp/dell bag & soni Powerbank from online shopping site named Bookmyoffer.com . But when I received the product it had scratches on it . The backup was also very bad. I then took it for repair. But the staff at the service centre said it's seal has been damaged . I took it to other local place for repair, he opened it and I was surprised to see that only 1out of 5 batteries was original and the rest were fake . PVC rods were set at those places. When I contacted costumer care, they said no action could be taken as 1 days have been passed.

Iam G.RAMAKRISHNA RAO from Tuni, East Godavari District, I had purchased a product Samsung/Mi 25000mAh Powerbank with Samsung 64GB Memory card in by paying cash on delivery Rs.820 but it was not working I purchased 25000mah but you have sent samsung 16000mah powerbank it was not working properly with in one hour it was fully charged when iam using to charge my mobiles after 10 to 15 mins it was totally power offed in the same u sent 64gb memory card in that while copying files it was copying after we place in our mobile there is no files to shown and it was showing empty this one also not working. please check my details and replace my products as soon as possible.

I had compaint request in bookmyoffer.com but they are giving proper answer to their mistake what they did they are delivered wrong and not working product to me. please take necessary action regarding my complaint and help me please.

My order number is '[protected]'. Order was for a Samsung Power Bank of 25000mAh power. However the power bank which I got is a fake and it does not work. The power capacity also that is printed is 16500mAh. Also it seems to be used and run down before the order itself. I want an explanation for the fake and used product being shipped by your company and also I want full refund of the package this [censored] price cost be INR 818, which was all for a fake products delivery charges.

I would want you to refund the amount to me at the earliest or get the product replaced by the original piece. Pictures of the Fake product are also enclosed. The product is clearly a fake and used. Images clearly shows that the product is used, they have just put printed sticker on a fake product.

They are cheating customers by showing images and product description of mi powerbank while they are selling cheap knock offs of samsung which are also not original. They are falsely describing product and selling knock offs. They are showing images of branded products and describe products as original and branded mi /samsung / sony headset but they are selling knockoffs. When i tried to tell them this they said that in product description in last they have mentioned that product may vary in brand and hence in disguise they are selling knock offs

I orderd samung powerbank and jbl earpone but samsung powerbank doesnot charging phone for more than 10 min the battery of powerbank drain quickly its a fake product so, please accept my complaint

I ordered a power bank of samsung of 25000mah and its duplicate so let the money return also i have to inform samsung that u r selling a duplicate brand with the original name
This site deliver the duplicate product with the branded name but the product are cheap and too defective it doesnot work well so take some serious action about this site i m attaching a photo of power bank chrck whether its original and also the power is delivered without paper guidre

I ordered RedMi power bank (25000 mah) from this website and they delivered it with a free sports shoe.
We charged this power bank for 12 hours. Then we tried to use it for our phones. But this power bank is automatically goes off after 5minutes.

These shopping websites show attractive products and claim to be best but end up giving defective products.

I don't know where are they located.
Please do something. With faith we buy online stuffs. But such fraudsters always break or trust. I want justice. I want my money back.
