I am sucharita and i had booked "samsung 16800mah power bank" in "book my offer" but i received a damaged and non-working 2500mah samsung power bank.. I want my amount back.. Please do the needful..

I ordered 2 powerbanks.But after that i cancelled both and still they delievered me the product.Now those 2 powerbanks are faulty and the memory card with them is also not working.Its a loss of total Rs 1400 for me.Please help me out with this.Its a fraud.The people who are running this company should be arrested as early as possible.Please do the needful.

Both produts are not working.Please ask them to return my money.I tried to contact them through mail and customer care.But they don't reply to mail and they disconnect call in between.

I have received fake product (Power bank) from this site.

Additionally, there is no response from Customer care number and email id.

On dated 29/07/2016, i bought a samsung evo 64gb memory card from bookmyshowoffer.com for rs-598 (Rupees five hundred ninety eight only) however when samsung evo64gb memory card was received on 03/08/2016, i discovered that it was a faulty in the following ways: after the delivery of the card i inserted the same into my phone, and found the memory card's memory was free, i started to copy all my photos and files into the said memory card, after some files where copied/transferred to the said card, it started giving a status of memory full, and when i tried to view the files it was showing corrupted and was not able to open the files, then again i transferred all the files to my phone in-built memory and then the files were working properly, then i formatted the purchased memory card again and same thing happened on transfer of files.

I have mailed them also but yet to get any proper response. I am trying to communicate with them through telephone also but after sometime eighter they are disconnecting the phone or they are putting the phone on hold.

I am entitled to a get the facility of refund including all delivery costs.

I would be highly obliged and grateful if you kindly look into this matter and guide me for an appropriate solution to get the refund against this faulty product.

I have placed a order of samsung/mi 25000mah powerbank with samsung 64gb memory card but they give me a defected product and know i am calling they didn't picking my call. They think customer are fool. Please take a action against bookmy offer and put a ban on it.

Samsung power bank 168000 which i had placed on 27/07/2016 and received on 01/08/2016 after paying requisite amount. However, the power bank was defective as i was not able to charge my mobile phones. I had lodged a complaint and i was asked to return the item and provide bank details for transfer of funds. They are not responding my phone calls & custemer care. Please refund my rs.548

I'm repeatedly telling you & your team that the product was received in the state as per the snapshot, however, if this is your opinion about it .
Let me tell you I'm not a fool I may, can close the cabinet & have taken the pics! but why should I ?, Boss pls be informed that I've no intention to do anything illegal or unethical .
I once again request you to consider the case genuinely & do the needful otherwise be advised that I'll break every pillar & post to get it resolved whatever it takes from my end to do that .
It's not just a matter of few hundred rupees It's a matter of breaking the trust of the consumer . First of all you people have delivered me faulty, broken & open product now making silly excuses on your part . IT WAS MENTIONED VERY CLEARLY THAT I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT IN THE SAME CONDITION ! how can you deny the same.
Can you share the packing of the product before shipping the same to my place ? if yes then pls share !
Your team is lucky doing this practice in India have been in any other country you all have been behind the bars.

Then i mailed them about it... They said they gonna give me some bmo points... Well i just need my cash refund no bmo point... They are befooling customers they need to upgrade their services in order to be a medioker site...

i had order a power on august19 and placed the order and got information that it will deliverd on 3-4days and got it on today and if i charge the power bank it works and if i remove it does not work and if connect to the moblie it does not work and i try calling the customer care it did not pick the call so i am complaning in this website
so i please request u to refund the money and return the power bank

Pawer bank does not work at all.When its charged it was not connected to any other mobiles.

I've got a duplicate power bank and even the shoes are very cheap. They are not original please take away the parcel and refund me . The shoes and power bank shown to me were as not as given. Plus they are not original. I want to return the shoes and power bank please take back your products as soon as possible. Please take my request into consoderation hope for a positive response

Memory card Samsung 128 GB AVO is totally fake, old, not working duplicate product. It is totally useless. This product is not at all working.

I have more items in my cart for fresh orders. I am waiting to resolve this ASAP.

They have provided fake product since i have ordered memory card and unable to play any of the videos from it.
Even i am unable to open the copied pics.
Then shown to some experts and told that product is duplicate and fake one.
I have emailed them they didint repond to my query.
Also the phone is not working as i am unable to reach to their customer care.
This site should be banned completely.
