I have ordered a solar lamp to book my offer from website. But when i receive this product from courier service i found this product was damaged. Then i had mailed to customer care & attached damaged product image. But now they are tell me that this product is not damaged by their sides, they couldn't change this product.
Please help about this situation.

And i ordered samsung 64gb memory card but i received 128gb memory card
Its not worked both power bank and memory card
And power bank already used...
And i called to customer care on 17.08.2016...
And i mailed to same day

After 12days of sending the mail i havent received any feedback from customer care, there phone number which provided by company hardly connects the call.

The customer care executive is not well mannered at all. They dont have any knowledge about the product or the company.

Samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light just rs 299 only rs 548.00 10.08.2016 09:57 ecom express[protected]

I want the product to be replaced asap. You have given me the faulty one... Which i can't use. If you can see the box it proves this product was used before delivery. I am really disappointed by bookmyoffer.com. For your reference attached file is the proof.

N that power bank its only 20000 mah n its too not working... I called to there customer support and they advised me to mail them on the given mail id on their site i did that too bt still haven't received anything from there side i have been calling thm frm half an hour but nw they are nt answering

I ordered mi power bank 20800 mah from bookmyoffer on 6th june 2016 and it was delivered to me on very next day. After payment of rs 650 made i open delivered package and found that it was actually samsung power bank which is not in good condition either. It has several scratchs on its body surface. When i chargerd my mobile from this power bank, after 5 minutes its battery gone down to nill.
I mailed my request for refund in [protected]@bookmyoffer.com and send ticket to help desk [protected]@domain.com and even tried calling customer care service but there was no reply from either side. When i try to open customer support in bookmyoffer.com it won't open despite of several attempt.
There fore i request you sir to consider my complaint and take action against bookmyoffer.com.
