I have bought memory card of 64gb ordered at 9-8-2016 on the site www.bookmyoffer.com is totally fake. Packing and print of the card was looking original. At installation time it shows 64gb but after 2gb data it doesn't working properly

Damaged power bank

I ordered samsung 128gb class 10 memory card with branded T-shirt from http://www.bookmyoffer.com at Rs 718 with offered. my order number is [protected]. But they delivered me faulty and fake memory card, Because I have received memory card of Samsung class 10, but issue is that actually this sandisk name memory card and this memory card given with printing samsung name even though this memory unable to detect in mobile and PC this fake memory card I never be accept. And find herewith the attached pictures I asked them to refund my whole money but they told me there is no return and refund policy in their website, so please help me.

This is my 2 nd last warning to book my offer for refund my money. I open case in the court against book my offer. C om this is fake not trustable. I have purchased a nokia phone along with a samsung power bank. Which was an combo offer . On receipt of the same on 6th aug 2016 i notified that the products were damaged and the phone was not a branded nokia product. Soon after i have reported this to the company by mail and they replied that they will send personal mails on verification by concerned departments. So i kindly request you to take action on this matter and help me to find a solution. The actual price of price i have paid is rs1648.

I'd placed an order for a samsung 25000 mah powerbank with a 64gb samsung memory card complimentary but on receipt of the order i found that it was defective. Also the cord i received with the powerbank was not of samsung. I sent my complaints to the website but received a reply that i was sending it to a wrong email (That was the only customer care email mentioned on the site).
I request the team for immediate replacement/refund.

I ordered a samsung power bank on[protected]. The product was delivered today i. E.[protected]. When i opened the packet i have noticed that there was duplicate samsung power bank. There was an offer that buying samsung power bank we will get memory card free. I haven't opened the memory card which was free. I tried to call the customer care number but no response from their side.
Please refund the amount which i have paid.

Received material on 3rd august 2016
1. Damaged product sent is of other brand with respect my order, shoes are not stitched well wrinkles at stitching can be seen. Some white spots and damages are seen on bottom and sides of shoes.
2. Memory card in order is 32gb and received is 64gb. 2 problems i have observed
A. I have taken a some test data and copied on sd card (Photos. Jpg and some songs. Mp3 files). While tried to open from file stored from sd card image files (. Jpg) seen half of image from top is ok but lower half portion is garbage. Also mp3 file is plying for while and stopping.
B. While operating in mobile it is hanging my mobile (Unusable)

Dear sir i bought a memory card from site bookmyoffer.com on date : 03.08.2016. order no : [protected] the offfer was flased on my facebook page saying that buy samsung evo 64gb memory card at just rs. 399, 64gb. i booked a memory card and total of rs. 598 including home delivery and cod charge i paid on the time of delivery on 13/08/2016. after opening the courier i found that it is a duplicate product with name samsung. as i checked it is not working i copied all my important image and videos to this and after some time it gose erased and i lost all my images and videos too. i called customer care at [protected] the call is not picked up. i contacted to company throug email but no response received. so sir please ban this type of site which are frauding with inncoent people.

i got faulty device please refund my money

My brother placed an order for Nokia mobile and Samsung power bank... we received an dummy mobile phone and duplicate location made power bank which just printed as Samsung... plz take the products and refund the amount. From past 1 week writing a mail but there is no response and when ever we call customer care it's getting disconnected. Plz refund the amount. My number +91-[protected]

1. Reebok watch - glass was unattached and packaged box and the item was not in good condition. Looks like second handed purchased and completely in very dull condition.


2. Samsung 128 gb sdxc class 10- memory card is not working at all when i tried in mobile, only it's showing the memory space and would like to note here; memory card looks not genuine.

I booked a nokia mobile on bookmyoffer through order no. [protected] on 6 august but while receving the same all item received in loose condition (In website box). Handset received in damage condition. Charger is also duplicate, not nokia made. Tryied to talk with customer care but every time automatically call get discontinued. Sent a complaint mail to customer care on 16 august also but so far there is no reply. I need refund for the same.

I ordered a samsung power bank and memory card 64 gb, but i receive a plastic box with two iron rodes inside for making it heavier and dummy chip of memory card.

The box i receive it has led's lights in front and there is a cell placed inside for powering.

These persons are using our hard-earned money for their profit.
We have to take some legal actions against these trash-bags.

I had ordered for a sony head phone along with 64 gb memory card in freedom sale, but i have received a local head phone along with the memory card even if try to call the customer care its coming number does not exits. Kindly review the issue at the earliest. This was the first time i ordered and it seems to be not at all concerned about the customer.

I have ordreordered buy any samsung/mi 20800mah powerbank with samsung 32gb memory card, sony headphone combo in just rs. 999 in book my offer. Today (17/08/2016) i received my order. Both are not the original ones. Both are not working properly. They have already used before i received. Memory card is showing the data but unable to access the data. Power bank is not working properly. So i want to return my order. Kindly process request and solve the problem as soon as possible.
