I ordered a power bank and memory card and i received this today. Both are not working and power bank is used also. I want to return this or change this with original one.
I'm very angry for this.
I want a action on this as soon as possible.
When i was charging my phone it does not charging my mobile and power bank goes down very soon.
I also made a call to this company and they did not pick up.
I think you are the only one who can help me out as soon as possible.
Please help me out

I ordered two power banks. 1 of samsung and another of mi. But i received both samsung power banks, that too used.
It's looking as it is not a fresh piece. There are lot if scratches on it. And it's too dirty.
Really fed up of the quality. You people think v r fool. Get it back. Don't want anything from this site.

I got a product which was used by someone and a wornout cabe. I asked for a refund and they are saying that they can only provide 50% bonus points and only provide replacement of cable. To make them say this much on a mail i had to make countless calls and emails. I need refund and i am taking it up at consumer forum. Customer service is the worst.

I ordered smsung 64gb memory card in bookmyoffer.com after 2 weeks i received. Parcel. I opened the parcel in courier office. Memory card packing is opend in one side and original card is replaced and duplicate card is inserted. After that check the memory card in mobile phone it storage shows 125gb. I transferrd some files. All files r deleted automaticaly. I asked in mobile shops they told merory is fake. Is not original. After that i asked in bookmyoffer care office they told solded items r not taken back. We r not taking back. Sender address also not in parcel. Many of them complaint the same. So kindly block the website. Please...
