I ordered the combo of MI/Samsung power bank and Samsung sd card yesterday but after seeing the reviews and complaints against it i just decided to cancel it asap so plz dont deliver the product at my given adress as it is might be low and fake product on this .order no -[protected] Kindly don't dispatch your product . Myself Gaurav Gupta reference no.[protected]. The power bank that i got was in pathetic conditions. When i opened the parcel the power bank was sort of open as i could be seen from inside and it had scratches. Apart from this, i charged it until the blue light was full then thought of testing it with my phone, it did work. And so forth i tried calling to the customer care no. but as soon as the call is picked it is hung up. And that happen everytime i call.

I ordered a product that is power bank and a head phone but later i saw that the product is damage and its not working. So i want my money back and please send me sombody so that he can collect the product and refund my money

I ordered a Samsung Memory Card from Bookmyoffer.com.
When it was delivered to me it was not working and was a duplicate fake copy.
I tried to return the product by contacting the company over mail and phone several times but there was no response from them. This issue still remains unresolved.

I have ordered samsung powerbank in bookmyoffer website on 28.07.2016 with orderid [protected]. And received the product 06.08.2016 by paying cash.

The product i received was very old and it is looking like used one. After receiving the product when i charged it for 4 hours. After removing charger when tried to charge my mobile, the power bank is not switching on.

I have ordered a Samsung power bank and opted for cash on delivery payment on May 30, 2016. I received the order on June 4, 2016 and have made the cash payment for the same.

After I had received the product I have charged the power bank for 5 hours and it showed full charged. When I charged my Samsung mobile with the power bank it was charging only for 0-15 mins and that too 5%. The charger is a defective product. I have lodged a compliant for the same with ticket no. 9P6-MPN-MWT4 and have sent multiple mail reminders to them in the below mail id's.

When I checked their Facebook page I came to know that I am not the only victim there are many others who had ordered and entered in the Trap.It is a fake site and request you to block the site and take appropriate actions so that the customers are not affected.

Well the order i placed online [protected] was about a 2 pair of jeans and a combo of shorts and track pants with a 128 GB memory card but what i got is a shorts and a suit piece which i didnt order so what i want is to be done is I want it to be replaced with the correct order and product which i placed for which is [2 jeans and a combo of shorts and track pants addidas]

I purchased a 128gb memory card in an offer, for 699rs, which was likely to be charged for 849rs inclusive of delivery and cod charges.
I recieved 64gb memory card instead..
Nobody picks call on the number given on their website.
So sent an email, on monday(8/8/2016) as soon as I recieved it.
Sent emails evryday for a week no response still...

I place a order for Samsung 64 Gb Memory Card on 27/07/2016 and received the product on 11/08/2016 and to my surprise the product is in damaged condition. I do not open the original packing of Samsung.I try to contact cc no [protected] but without success on 11/08/2016, I try several times and connect your no on 12/08/2016. I send my complaint on your [protected]@bookmyoffer.com as well as on [protected]@bookmyoffer.com and on [protected]@bookmyoffer.com which is not in existence I attached the photos of damaged product still there is not response from you.
