I went samsung 16800mah power bank in 11.08.16 it is charging only for 2.5hrs it is very poor low battery. I've charged on 8hrs in the power bank. So it is charge only 2.5hrs so you change that. The product delivered was fake, I had orders Samsung 16800 mAh power bank, the product delivered was 20000mAh which is fake and is not in working condition, the product also looks old as if its been used for years by somebody. The sd card was corrupt. I call the customer care support they told me okk it's find. The person will come at your home between 5 to 7 days and picked the product. But today is almost 12 days passed no one come at my home.
