This is in reference to my order no. [protected]. The memory card i have received is not working properly. It keeps either deleting or corrupting stored files from its memory. The copying speed is also very slow (Not even 1mbps), considering this is a class 10 memory card. I am using 2 other samsung micro sd memory cards in my other phones and have never faced this issue. This is my first shopping experience with bookmyoffer, and it doesn't seem to be a pleasant one. I ordered this shipment on 31st july, 2016 and even after paying extra for shipping and cod, i received the shipment on the evening of 11th august 2016. At one point, i thought of your website to be fake and gave up hope. At last when you did deliver the product, you delivered a faulty one. Last night i ran a test on the the memory card using a popular external storage testing software named h2testw (Screenshot attached), and found out that only 113.2mb of my 128gb memory card is okay, and the rest is corrupted. All of this is unacceptable to me as a customer.
I am afraid that if i ask you to replace the product, you will serve me a faulty on once again. What i want, therefore, is to have the money that i've paid for this order, refunded.
