          I received Samsung power bank on COD which is completely used, non - functioning and fake.
          I strongly disappointed due to that.
          I called helpdesk number [protected] nobody is receiving call on this number.
          Also website is fake getting IP address change errors several times.
          Shame on you book my offer!
          I complained delivery boy and courier services on same time when I received product.
          They are saying like they will not accept that product because I opened packaging. Then I talked with his manager and asked his manager to give me the merchant details contact number and address to whom they received this product. He was like not comfort to give details they I replied to that otherwise give me my money now. Then after long talk he agreed to give my money back. I received my money.
          I am strongly disappointed this thing.

              Buy Adidas/Reebok Men's Albis 1.0 Mesh Running Shoes with Samsung 32GB Memory card Just Rs. 1099, 9 is the product I order from bookmyshow I got pathetic quality shoes with cheapest possible packaging that too duplicate logo of Nike on it what rubbish is this the product says Adidas/Reebok ans they are sending NIKE of duplicate quality pathetic shoes.
              I tried connecting to their customer care from last 3 4 days but it says please wait while we connect you to our customer care and gets disconnected .
              I am very disturbed with this and tried a lot of time to connect with them even sent them a mail but received no call so far from them.

                        Some days before i ordered a samsung battery back up. It is not working since the day it is delivered. The product is defected. And even when i first saw the battery back up the product was not even properly closed from its sides. So i think it is duplicate also. I need my money back otherwise i'll be taking some legal actions against the company through consumer court.

                          I have order power bank from bookmyoffer.Com online shopping portal they have delivered me damage non working power bank my order number is [protected] order date 27/07/2016 even i have informed them on mail they reply me on 2/8/16 that courier person will came and collect the damage product will give you one slip after 15-20 days you will get new product till today no body is come to pickup the product, i have also tried to call on their phone number as mention on their website it is [protected] no body is giving me answer on that. Sir please help me to get back my amount or replace the damage product

                                  I purchased a samsung power bank 16800mah with led light on 1st-aug-2016 for rs 548 from book my offer.Com, its been delivered through gojavaas team. I am very happy by seeing the pack, once i opened it looks like a duplicate piece, these guys brutally cheated me with a duplicate product which is not all belonging to samsung brand, the bull unit is not at all working. I tried to call to the customer care, but still no one responded and they are not refunding the money also. Kindly take severe action upon them and get my money back.
