It is not working at all
The deliver boy told us to check afterwards & taken the cash amount & gone at that time afterwards we check that memory card it doesnot work at all
So i want to change or return my amount as soon as possible.

I have purchased a samsung power bank from book my offer site and received it yesterday but when i opened the pack and checked it then i found that that it is not in fine working condition and also it's ports are working fine.

I have tried to contact customer care but with no success as the call is not getting connected to anyone.

Request you to please call me for this on immediate basis and please replace it with the one that is working fine.

The product supplied to me is defective, even it cannot be use, like for a show piece in my showcase. I have give charge for hours hoping that it will work but nothing happen,. Even there is no system to return the given product. I have called their customer care number but in vain, they are not responding, even my balance is being reduced from my account, i am helpless now. I have nothing to do, i am finished.

Complaint is regarding samsung power bank from bookmyoffer.Com

Order confirmation number: [protected]

Samsung power bank 16800 mah with led.

I got a duplicate product, that too used one and not brand new.
The product is so bad that it has got a spelling mistake over it.
And the description is blacked.
No warranty card included.

Attached the image.

If you notice, "mah" is written "mah"
And on the the backside where detail is written, the info is hidden.

I purchased samsung evo 64gb memory card that is delivered on 5th of aug but on that same day i checked out i moved all of my data into memory card from phone but after completion my all of data been corrupted i lost all of my data i formated it (Memory card) and did same again, i found this same problem back i informed customer care by email on same day but they answered you have to informed within 3 days my order id is [protected] whereas i have informed on same day i have called customer care many times but they did not answer me or gave me what is this i did not understand but i have understood now that they are selling dublicate or waste product on offer to make their money not customer satisfaction.. I tell you please resolve my problem i want to return or exchange so just take this complain and resolve it soon.!

I want a genuine and tested product. Hi, this is yash swetta.
I have to lodge complaint against 'bookmyoffer'.
I had ordered a samsung portable charger of 16800mah for rs. 548

I received the order on time. But i was shocked to see the delivered order.
I received mi portable charger of 20800 mah which is also defective. I was not there to receive the order or else i wouldnt have taken it.
So i am lodging here my complaint to either get my money back or else provide me with proper samsung portable charger of 16800 mah as mentioned during the payment of the order.

A few day before i purchased samsung poewer bank 16800 . And i got samsung 25000 mah. That product was not working. Kindly give my cash 550. No one is picking calls . The product is also broken. No cable is given to charge power bank . This site should be banned aur case should be file for fraudism.
