I have given order no [protected] for rayban aviator two month ago but i didnot get that order still today.many time i wrote complain on company website but result is zero.what should i do. Please help me. Is this a fake company.can i get my amount rs 848.

Me: 8th Aug: Are you seriously running a business, you people delivered me a faulty product, which is not at all working. And you are saying this is that you cannot replace it “due to invalid reason” .
Are you serious???
I am gonna complain this on consumer court and expose this fraud business and your process… You don’t know what are you talking about.
Now it is not a matter of amount I paid, it’s all about the consumer rights and those companies which are doing such frauds, making fool on innocent people, cheating on them and playing with their hard earned money.
You are running such a big company where you don’t have customer care or complain department, the one you have, never responds the call.
Is that the services your are providing.

I ordered one samsung power bank 16800 mAh with LED light on 29 jul 2016. My order no [protected]. The item was delivered to me on 06 aug 2016.. After opening pakage i was shocked. It was MI power bank 20600 mAh. Things went worse when i checked it, it was not working properly. It is not able to cherge phone not even for 10 minutes. Within 10 minutes it itself gets discharged. So the item supplied to me is defective.
