I recived a power banktoday but it's already unboxed it's not a new product scratches are their on powebank which I received order no is ref#[protected] And also the Samsung company will provide company seal it has no such seals and it not a Samsung company boxed and also it is not charging so I need to refund my money and also showing 16800mah on website now I received 20800mah power bank

I have ordered 64 gb memory card of Samsung evo. And delivered product is duplicate ..so return money back or replace the original memory card

Please give me original product or give my money back.. Otherwise i'll go to consumer forum...

I have purchased samsung power bank 16000mah, when i got it, it is totally not working condition any it is found duplicate kindly i suggest to every body nevey buy any product from this website it is totally waste of time and also money they are fraud

If any one is reading this complaint messages, please take serious action against this company. It is completely misleading people.

Few products sold on website is under OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Category. Means company that makes a part or subsystem that is used in another company's end product. Dont get mislead by this statement as product is not original.

I bought Samsung Power Bank . It doesnt work at all. Charging doesnt last for few minutes even it is 16400 mAH. I have complaint about the product. Got the reply stating product was fully checked before dispatch. Then I tried to reply, email doesnt go through and customer care service number cuts off within few seconds. No one answers at all.

It 100% creates doubts on company's intention. I have requested company to either provide me a solution or refund my money. Nothing is happening.

I hope this will help others.

Samsung power bank 16800 n dis is 25000 n not working n i had suffer due to dis i was at trip n whole trip my phone was off which makes me annoy n ur customer care peeps are silly which did'nt pick up the coll give me new 1 aftr chcking it proprly n i want it in kk passed sign n again i will suffer den i will submit my file into consumer court got it n do it as soon as possible😠

I am order 128gb samsung memory card but we recive 64 gb memmory card plz resolve my probelm as soon as posible
& your customer call centre can't pick up my phone
resolve it either I compliant to the consumer court

I ordered 16800 mah samsung powerbank and I got my order on 03/08/2016, Reference No. [protected]. Actually I ordered a samsung 16800mah power bank. But I got a 25000mah power bank and it doesn't work well, when I connect my mobile to powerbank within 1 minute powerbank switch offs looks like used one.. I ordered a sumsung 16800mah power bank in book my offer website of Rs. 299 and the shipping charges are Rs. 199.00, i received my order throudh DTDC Courier serives, but the product was ill functioning ( Charging was not storing properly & i was charged for four hours but i will give us only 2 min charging to my hand set ) i mailed to the Book my offer and they were not responding for mail and for voice call also, as i early mentioned that i received the Order from the DTDC courier services, while i receiving the product on the product box the sender address was not mentioned it has only the receiver address, i asked the DTDC courier services they also not responding and they are telling that its not my problem, this is the problem i having with the product, please take any responding action against these, please regreet these products and make up india as unduplicate. and i totally attached the files here under

I ordered the branded shoes from your site. My reference no. Is [protected]... I ordered the shoes of nike orange color with brand. Bt when i got the courier its just opposite to which i ordered.. Firstly both pair of shoes is different and shoes color red. Even one shoe have adidas logo and other one reebok and also shoes have fungus in it.. I was shocked when i saw fungus in shoes.. Now i want to return these shoes... Pls refund my money... It is my first and last order with ur site... I realy get a bad experience with ur service...
