I ordered adidas spring blade shoes with power bank,,, but i recived only a wrong sized duplicate 100rupees worth shoe having fake adidas logo and i did not receive the powerbank... I dono what these guys are thinking and cheating public like this, no customer care, no reply for mails im going to the consumer court to make an end to this website

          In the order it was mentioned that the combo is of 3 pair of puma socks and one tommy hilfiger watch... But the order is totally different... All the 6 six socks are totally different.. Not even one is same with other... And the watch is not original... And the product is not even little worth rs the cash paid and both the items are not even worth.. It's so duplicate and totally different from the image shown in the site

            I am facing the same problem, forum doesn't seem like helping us, even after forum forwarded your complaint to vendor, Bookmyoffer.com don't care about complaints. I complained here before a week, no reply from Bookmyoffer.com. I applied for refund they say we don't have refund option. Bookmyoffer.com not even responding properly to mail, better complaint in "cyber crime" for online fraud.

                I ordered for branded shoes on bookmyoffer.Com on 20.07.2016. The order number was [protected].

                I received a pair of shoes on 25.07.16. The said shoes were in a plastic envelope only (Without box). I paid an amount of rs. 849 to receive that packet.

                When i opened that plastic packet, i came to know that the company has sent me non-branded shoes. A sticker of nike has been pasted on these shoes.In addition to this, shoes are not fit to me.

                I tried to return the same by lodging a return request. But, status of my order is showing "fulfilment in progress" as on today also.

                I called upon number -[protected] (Customer care number) many times but no call was connected to customer care executive.

                I submitted an email describing entire matter therein and i received revert from the company too.

                But despite all the action above, neither wrong shoes sent to me have been picked up and nor my amount of rs. 849 has been refunded to me.

                  I have purchased a Samsung Evo 128GB memory card REF#[protected]. Got the shipment yesterday, 01/08/2016 and when i opened it packing was ok, but the product was a small piece of plastic card which looks like a memory card. The metal contact portions are painted with some glossy paint. And when contacted them they told me to upload the picture of the product and i uploaded it. They replied me, "We apologize for the inconvenience. As per the screen shot this is genuine product. this memory card is an upgraded one. may be your handset is not supporting 128GB. so try your memory card in a different phone. "

                  I have given reply to this mail and now its 17 hrs and they didn't give a reply yet.
                  We had 4 conversations before i got this reply, and they replied me for those mails within 10-20mins. For the last mail, no reply yet. I strongly believe that either the site is a scam site or the seller who sold the item is fake.

                  Don't buy items from this site

                    I have purchased one item it was not same as it was shown at the time of purchasing, item is totally fake it is showing 25000mah & i think it is not even of 2500mah, i have charged it for 6 hours and after that i started using it i have connected my phone to power bank & charging was started to my phone after 4-5% of charging it stopped charging coz power bank all lights turned off and i tried to press the button but it want start and when i connected to the charger (Through the switch board) then power bank started charging, and most important thing that i have purchased...

                    See very bad service and you've send the used samsung power bank or only the cover is samsung, yesterday i received, but it's look like old one. Please refund my money asap...

                          I ordered samsung evo 128 gb memory card on 23.07.2016 at 11:13 am with tracking number [protected]. I received my parcel on 31.07.2016 at 04:00 pm. When i opened the parcel, the product was faulty which do not show any resemblance with samsung evo memory card. When i insert memory card to my mobile, the product was defective. I want either to return this memory card and get original working memory card or refund my amount back.

                          The comapany is playing opposite game with me. inspite of rectifying their mistakes they are now blaming on my mobile as it is not supported. for your kind information i have 128 gb supported mobile and even after that i tested on other 5 mobile and also tried in my laptop but nothing works out. The card is totally damaged. The company should come by me by refund or by returning the product. Else i m gonna file a complaint against the company in court
