I had ordered a pair of nike shoe on cod basis for rs 1149/- on 25.07.2016 at 15.05 hours vide order confirmation no. [protected]. On 28.06.2016 i got delivery of my order in a sealed plastic packet of bookmyoffer.Com without any box after payment of due amount. When i opened the packet i was shocked to found local shoes their in simply marked as nike. Later on, when i tried to contact at customer care number they simply put me hold in queue for some time and disconnected the phone. I tried more than 20 times and every time experienced the same thing. Ultimately i wrote a mail to customer care center. I got system generated mail that complaint will be attended in 48 hours but no one has contacted me so far and still customer care number is not being connected after keep me waiting in queue. Seems this site is fake one and i has been trapped.

Samsung power bank is not working. Parts are dismantled. Company logo also not proper. On website i saw is different and the product which i got has different capacity.. It seems to look like old.
How many times calling for c. Support also no response. Mails also not going by their mail i'd. How do i return the product? Waste of money time. How can we trust anymore

Yesterday i received a Samsung 128gb memory card from book my offer through ecom express...my shipment number is[protected] ..the cost of product is 849rs...after receiving the product when i opened the package i found a memory card.. .I opened it in front of delivery boy.. .but when i put it in my mobile it was not working.. .i tried again and again but it was not working.. I asked delivery boy to take it return but he was saying that it cannot be taken back once opened..Then i removed it from my phone to put it on another mobile.. . But when i removed it i carefully watch through the memory card and what i saw was very shocking.. .the memory card was whole dummy.. It was dummy of samsung memory card.. .the back part of memory card which used to be golden metal was only painting done by golden colour...this was so shocking...it was whole made of plastic..This is fake company and i want that a strict action should be taken against the company for froudary..The fake company should be Banned... I want my money back

I have ordered samsung power bank 16800 mah order number -[protected] worth rs.548/- and i received the packet outside sticker and packet is written samsung 16800 power bank when i open the box in front of their delivery boy there is duplicate mi power bank 20800 i told to delivery boy also see this your company is doing fraud, he told send a mail. When i contacted the site for replacement through the email they had mentioned ([protected]@bookmyoffer. Com) no reply came from the company they had also said that to raise tickets on support. Bookmyoffer. Com for complaints but still they didn't contact they said that i would get the reply there are no response and no body pik the phone on c. Care number-+91-[protected]. I want my money back and i want that they take return this faulty mi power bank.
This company bookmyoffer. Com (Saturday sunday media internet pvt ltd) should be punished for this fraud.

Sir this is the 10th time im writing the complaint. this fraud company has stolen my money by giving a faulty product. and they dont even bother to reply. as i belong to poor family and 600 rs means a alot to me. but this company has just made a fool for just 600 rs of samsung power bank 25000 mah. i rquest u to please return my money. please!

I received a faulty memory card that is of 16 gb nd now these frauds r not picking my phone calls.. these r not replyingon emails nd m going 2 mailing them again nd again... this company is totally fraud m fully unsatisfied with their cheap service... they r in reality hrrasing d customers, so plz take a strict action against them so that they cant be able 2 do more fraud with consumers

I had ordered a samsung 25000 mah power bank before some days. And when i recieved it yesterday (28.08.2016), i found it to be faulty. It is not taking charge. It is not showing any type of response when the charger is inserted into the socket. It is simply a waste product. I want to return the product, and get back the refund amount. [protected]) on july 27, 2016 and received it on july 30, 2016. the product packing was in very bad shape, the product looks damaged and not genuine. also the sony headset that were shown on the order description on the site http://www.bookmyoffer.com/ are not in the package. i request a refund as soon as possible.
