This is a fraud company, it never delivers the placed order. All the given contact information is false, nobody is reachable on the shared contact details. This company is highly active on facebook and instagram. They are just looting people. I had placed an order of inr 1300 on this website on 2nd october. Even after today, i haven't received the products. Nobody reciprocates if you try to reach them on their shared contact details. Please prohibit this company from further fraud advertising.

Bootees.in is a fraud site doping customers of money for tshirt deilvery. No one gets their orders and they earn a ton. I don't know how this site is still running. They operate from instagram. Please take action as soon as possible.
There are so many people who have complained about it still the site is running. I paid 500rs on their site still haven't got my order.

I have ordered t-shirt from bootees.in and its 1 month passed that no delivery has been made ..I have sent emails and called on the given number but no response from their side...They have taken money from lakhs of people and whosoever made comment on their Facebook page or instagram page, they blocked them.

I ordered a tee shirt on[protected]. My order number is r[protected].
I should get my order delivered within 3 to 4 days but did not received yet. I have tried to call them multiple times but they are not picking up my calls.
It is prepaid order and its very frustrating that they are not responding at all.
Please do something about this issue.

I had placed a Pre-Paid order of Dab Panda couple tee shirts on Bootees.in website on September 27, 2018. I paid 419.40 rupees via net banking CCA Ref No:[protected], but till date I haven't' received my order. Please take a note of this website as this is not the first /only complaint against them from a customer. There should be a stringent action taken against them.

Paise chori krne ka dhanda kr rhe hai.. Online pymnt le lete hai or saman nhi bhejte.. Sale bhikari ek number k lutere.. Chor... Kutte.. Mc.. Bc.. Sale log paise chahiye to mu pe bolo bhukari samaj k daan de dege tumhe... Is tarah kisi k paise mat khao.. Ek din lukhe ho jaoge na.. Duniya me jeene layak nhi bachoge

There is no delivery/shipment, and not even an update on my order placed on www.bootees.in, passing 40 days after placing my order in bootees website when they keep on saying it will take 20 to 30 days generally, it is more than 40 days, still no process on my order. At last i lost hope on the product. Kindly requesting bootees to return the amount paid for the product

Please raise a complaint with ccavenue to stop encouraging the fake website and request them to shut down the payment services of bootees.in.

I ordered 2 tshirts from bootees.in on 25th sep 2018. One was pre book and other was regular tshirt. As it took them more than 20days i asked them to cancel my order and refund my amount. Because order is still not dispatched but they are not taking my request seriously and enforcing the order to be dispatched by oct ending. I do not need those tshirts any more. Kindly make solutions and refund my amount. I do not need tshirts.

I ordered 2 tees on 29th of september. Its been 20 days and still not even a single trace of delivery status.. Extremely sick that i paid them 120/- rs too extra for a stupid 48 hours delivery which they failed to refund too when it takes a delay this much time.. Only when a week got over and i contacted them demanding about the reason for not doing a express 48 hours delivery, they give me a reason for late delivery due to some stock stuff.. Ridiculous if there is some issues from your end, then you shouldnt be optioning us with 48 hours delivery.. Disappointment at its height!!! Never trust and pay them for sake!!! So clever that they dint give a cod option.. They are making us pay in advance and giving a delay delivery.. Wah!!!

I had ordered 2 T-shirts worth 489 and they never delivered. Bootees is a fraud company.

I did get the email receipt from ccavenue, if I try to call their customer care, the call is forwarded and says something in Bengali that I can't understand.

Can't believe people with so many skills uses illegal methods to make money.

Such a fraud your store looks, told that the product will be delivered in 15days and its more than a month. If you do not have stock why the hell you take orders and cheat customers instead you can flag it as out of stock.
You better deliver the products on time else your company will be sued.

Hi,

I ordered a T-shirt on this website(bootees.in) with a customized print on it and paid Rs 252.45 online via Paytm on 27th of sep 2018. They told me that I would receive the product within 7 days. However, today is 18th of oct 2018, and there is no sign of my product nor there is any status of it. Whenever I try calling the contact number which is available on their website, it will say that it is being auto-forwarded and then it disconnects - tried many times.

My order number is R[protected].

Also, I called the guy who had called me after 2 days of my order to take my design for the t-shirt, He said he cannot do anything.

Order is placed with online transaction to - [protected]@icic but product is not delivered. Also there is no login service available and no tracking service available for the order.
I emailed their customers care there is no reply and customer care calls are not available too.
I did online transaction by phonepe of ₹252 and i got mail of order confirmation but there is no further progress. As i read other complaints, i think this website should be banned.

I ordered a t-shirt on 6th august and all the payment is done online, its not delivered till date and i didn't even get the tracking details. They don't reply to mails. They don't pick up the call, if at all they pick up they say it will be dispatched next month n you will get a tracking url but i still didn't get any. They don't even have an option to cancel order.

My order is placed by making online payment and the company gives me all the details of transaction id and order is placed but the link given is not working.

And the phone number on the website is not working it is diverted to another number then the call ends automatically.

And i mailed them then they says it will be dispatched in 20 days then after 20 days it says it will be dispatched in 1 month now after that it says your product will be dispatched in 2nd week of october. Now it is starting of 3rd week of october and i still not getting any information about my order.

I have ordered one couple t-shirt on july 23th its been more than 80 days, still, i didn't receive the product. I called many times, most of the time they won't pick up. If at all they picked up, they will say that the product will be dispatched by the end of this month or two weeks later. Completely ignored the mails which i have sent. Please take some severe action and i am requesting everyone not to buy in this.

I place the order of 3 t-shirts from bootees.in and paid the full amount from the debit card. The order was placed on 11 august 2018 with order id: r[protected]. After placing the order when had a conversation with there customer care in end september they said it will be delivered by 2nd week of september. Then too no delivery. After having a conversation again with them they told it will be delivered in 1st week of october and now the customer care of the company has stopped replying to the emails and picking up calls.

Same as others, my money they easily robbed. I suggest all to go to grahak suraksha, and launch a complaint against them. Cyber crime will help as well to arrest all the staff and owners of this website. If needed, do fir against them. These guys think people are uneducated and fools. But if we take action, these type of actions won't take place again.
