This company shows ads through instagram and fool the users. I ordered two t-shirts two months ago (On 24th nov 2018). They post screenshots of chats with their fake customers. At first, seeing those chats and all i thought the company is genuine as other customers are also giving positive reviews. After placing the order i started chatting in their instagram profile. They replied back within few minutes. But after a month they stopped replying to the messages. I have not got my product yet. And as you could also see in this forum, other customers have also not received their product. Be aware of such websites who use channels like instagram to fool the customers.

There is so much # in this world that we need to be more careful than we were. There are many fake websites. If you come across such websites and you like their product and want to order them then first call their customer care and talk to their executives. Remember if the call connects directly to the executive then there's a good chance that it is a fake customer care number. Usually a genuine customer care number connects you to a computer-generated voice. That being said, do not ever pay online to the websites you never shopped before. Always use cod for the first time even if it charges extra money.

I ordered 2 clothes on a website bootees.in
With the order number r[protected] at 7/12/2018.. At the time of order, it was mention that the order will delivered in 3-5 business days.. I haven't got it till now.. I contacted them on[protected].. The number is switched off or forwarded even at the business hours.. I have contacted them and they said it would take 25-30 days... It's 28 days now and now they say that it would take more 20 days...
This is completely false promises and fraud.. I want strict actions

It's payment is through ccavenue payment gateway, website is designed as if it is a trusted site but there will be no communication after the order, except the order confirmation mail. Whose ever please take the necessary action on this site and ban this.

I do have payment reference numbers and all, could not contact the website in anyway.

It comes under cybercrime and cheating many people, which is very bad sign for online shopping and people wont get trust on ecommerce startups

I was placed order in oct 2018 for 2 t-shirts. When i did not receive my order by november mid i called them and they said they will dispatch my order asap. I till dec they have not dispatched my order and they are not available on call. Even they took money when olace order and now i am not sure whether they will dispatch my order in next year or not. Very poor or disgusting service they are providing to customers.. I would highly recommend not to shop from bootees.in ever. It seems like they are doing fraud taking money and not deliver the product. I think this online shopping site should be blocked so they will not make full of customers...

I placed an order on bootees.com on the last week of october, where i was replied that i will get my product within two weeks, which later got postponed to 30 days. And again they postponed my delivery to 3rd week of december and again to last week of december. It is already the last week of december and i have no clue about my product. I have already paid for it, and now the bootees.com have stopped responding to my queries.

There is no proper response from the company. Its been two months after placing for an order for 2 t shirts. Asking for the refund, they keep postponing the date from OCT to NOV to DEC to JAN.. The worst case scenario i can't even contact the customer care services too. The order number is R[protected] Ref No:[protected] . Rupees 419.40 was deducted on 04/10/2018 at 8:52 AM

As per their reply.
They said in twenty days they will deliverd the order.
But I dint recieved any updates from their side.
They also said that I will not get full refund.
Pls help me on this either give me the product or the full refund as soon as possible.

I ordered a tshirt from their online store but didn't yet received my order. They already have charged me for the order with their delivery fee too. It has been almost 2 months now. They neither pick up calls and nor answers on the gmail. Many people have been complaining about the issue. Government should take strict actions against this bootees company and should ban all the ads on social networking sites like instagram.

Fraud company conning people!
I had placed an order(# R[protected] on September 13th. In October I received a message that my order will be dispatched by the 1st week of November. Recently I received a message that it'll be dispatched in the 3rd week of December.
I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER 3 MONTHS!
On being asked to refund, I am not getting any response.
I want my money to be refunded at the earliest!
If you do not process my refund right now, I'm gonna have to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum!

I have ordered a t shirt on bootees.in on nov 10 2018 by paying an amount of 233 rs through wallet payment. They refuse to deliver the order in time. So i cancelled my order and they deducted 25% of my order value and said that they will refund the amount within 10 working days. It's been 20 days and yet i haven't received my refund amount back. Please take some action on this people. Because there is no response to customers in time and there is no cancel order or track order option on their site as well. They promise to deliver the order by 10 days and will not deliver in time. If we cancel the order then amount will be deducted. These are the most fraud people please take some severe action on them.

Bootees.in promote ads on social media of t-shirts at ₹179 & one day offers. Then further they add delivery charges to it to make it ₹233.
I made a purchase & didn't receive anything & there is no further communication with them. It's a complete fraud company looting people!
When I tried to call on their given number it doesn't connect! It's just a trick to steal money & just like that they are stealing from millions! This must be stopped immediately. Please report about it guys!

I ordered 5 customized tshirts on 4th november till i didn't receive my order and i have mailed many times about this. There is no response from you. My order number is r[protected]. I sent my customized picture to your site for more than 2 times but there ia no response from you. It makes me to withdraw my payment amount from you. If this problem is not solved then i need my money back.

No one picks up the phone call.
This company is a big fraud.
Just robbing people. Don't order from here
And i want to take legal action against them kindly suggest me how to proceed.
I will urge you guys to list this company as fraud and share it on social media.

On october 16 i will order a 2 t shirts form bootess.in online store. They show that there is offer for one day but latter i realized they always show same offers. They didn't receive calls, ignore all emails please help me to atleast get back my money other wise just arresr them.. They operate a big online fraud. Others who read it block this site on insta n you tube bootees.in

A ordered 2 t-shirt for rs 392 on 3rd November. Yet not received my t-shirts it has been 23 days already. The phn number they have given is not available and they are replying to emails. Where should i go and ask for my money return or delivery. They are just fraud if anyone have anyone to contact to please let me know. I think this website should be taken down so they are not able to further fool people around.

I placed an order on 24th July 2018 and did not get the order till now. Its been 5 months. Please look into it. The company is a big time fraud. Tried calling them. Their customer service is the worst.
They took online payment of INR 617 from me and give fake reasons for the delay in delivery.
Now they are not even picking up calls. It shows that the call is forwarded to some other number and then it disconnects.

I am tired of contacting them. Please have an inquiry and have them return the money of everyone who did not get the orders.

I had given an order of panda dab t-shirt on 5th november 2018 and the msg/email said the delivery was scheduled in 15 days
Till date there was no msg or email other than the former one

And not just me n number of customers have the same complaint for the same site
This is a huge online scam
They are not targeting quality of money they are going for quantity
Instead of taking 1, 00, 000 rs from a single customer they will take 100 rs from 1, 000 customer and so on

I request to ban this site immediately before it takes on a whole market
