I ordered a couple of t shirts from bootees.in on 31 may, 2018. I have not received my order and there is no justification/notification regarding the same. No shipment tracking details have been shared as mentioned on the site. These guys do not pick their customer care number and domain names for e mails are crashed.

I want to cancel my order and get a refund.

This is one of the worst ever online shopping site i have ever seen. I have ordered a couple tees on this site for valentine's day on feb 2nd 2018, till april end they didn't deliver. So i have decided to cancel the order. For cancellation they took one week time and they mentioned you will receive refund within 7 to 10 days. And again it's been more than a month i didn't receive my refund. Seriously these kind of sites should be banned. Simply cheating the customers. If they can't deliver the product at least should refund the money on time. Don't ever order anything on this site

What is going on with the company. Fake or real company i have ordered 2/5/2018 ok still not coming. I asked means telling 20 day. Nearly 1 month became still not received ok i want my money back refund amount. Otherwise i will put caseon you in consumer court. I don't your dress you just refund amount. Give correct phone number ok. If coustmer care number if worng. If called means will tell buys buys.. Plz refund amount i have sent nearly 20 mail ok. You don't have responses of coustmer.

I ordered for 2 couple tshirts in the month of Feb. I waited patiently for a month, but when their customer care number was always busy, I immediately realised something was fishy. Fortunately I got hold of an email where they kept fake promising to deliver the product within a week. A month passed and when I still didn't receive my product I asked them to cancel my order n initiate my refund. It's end of May now, more than a month since my order was cancelled and yet no reply from email support on my refund.

Be aware of them! They r fake!!

Hi i have placed an order on 26th march'18 for two women's tee shirts.
There was no cod option available for this website, so i had to pay rs 445.90 for the products.
I did not get any update from them on my order after that, so i checked back with them via email after 3-4 days. They replied back saying "we generally dispatched all tees within 15-20 days. Though it can take more time due to stock issues."
I waited for 16 more days after that again i dropped a mail asking for an update and the same reply came from them to wait for 20 days.
This time it got on my nerves and i called their customer support, and told them this waiting game won't work so give me a proper eta or refund my money. The lady who was speaking was really rude and informed me that my order will be dispatched on the 3rd week of april and they cannot do anything before that and hung up.
Today is 3rd may'18 i have not received any email or update from them after that and i also know calling/emailing them will only be waste of my time, so writing here instead.
Please i want my money back.

For the people reading this please never ever buy anything from bootees.in its a fraud website. I wrote bad reviews on their insta page so that people can be aware of them and they blocked me from insta. Total fraud!

I receiver an email saying that i will be receiving a message after the confirmation of my order and its been 6 days but i havent yet receiver the confirmation msg
And by mistake i updated my phone no wrong nd so wn i called up at customer care they told me that they have/will change my no but i haven't yet received any email or msg regarding my no. Getting changed

I placed an order on 16th jan for couple t-shirt and paid rs 570 online as no option for cod was available.
Everytime when i was trying to call customer service number, it is always busy.

I didn't receive any reply on call or on email.

By mistake on connecting call, representative always says that it will be delivered by this week. But till now i have not received the same.

They are not ready to return the money as well.

Please deliver my order or return my money.

Ordered from this website a month ago paid from my debit card since it said there is no cash on delivery i paid 480 rs but till date i have not received my order not even any reply from the company... They dont even reply to message they don't even pick up the call it's totally fraud guys be aware and don't buy stuff from here...
Tried contacting on their fb page also no avail...

Recently i have purchased some t shirts from their website (Bootees.in). The date is 7th of april
Got below msg:

It's been more than 14 days since they haven't shipped the t-shirts and when i'm trying to call their customer number it is saying switch off and they are not replying to my instagram messages and mails. And waiting for their response from day one. It seems like it's a fraud company. Take action against this and stop this type of cyber crime e. G. Cyber fraud.

This is a fraud company. They will take your money and never deliver you the product. 2 months back i ordered couple tshirt still not received it. I contacted them on their fb page and they are telling me the same thing over and over again that i will get it in this week of month or that week of month and it never arrives!

Men size: m form bootees online website on 31 march 2018 of ₹179.00
With shipping (Guaranteed 72 hours delivery): ₹140.00
Gst 5%: ₹8.95 so total amount was ₹327.95, after 72 hours i called helpline number[protected], now one is receiving the call and there is recorded voice in bengali language that all lines are busy, i call continuously for 3-4 days but result was same, after i had mailed them on contact. [protected]@gmail.com but no response from there side.
So pls look in to the matter and help me to get my money back.

So i just want i want my money back or deliver the product otherwise you have to take strict action against this website. I think this is fake wesite so please take action because this other people will not pay money and please there should baned this type of fake site... Please help...

My order number is r[protected] i had placed on february 6 2018 and i had changed my shipping address they had replied through mail that my address had changed but now they are not receiving calls and no reply from mail, text message and what's up i need my cash back of rs 479. Please do something i need my cash back or my order in my new address soon to be shipped

Hello! I came across a website on social media called www.bootees.in. they had some really impressive t-shirts but i doubted this website as i never heard of it. I saw their terms and conditions. It all seemed fine. So finally i ordered 2 tshirts on 18th november 2017. The total amount was rs. 468, which i paid at the time of order online. Order id: r[protected]. Their website said delivery takes atleast 15days. And you will get a mail when we ship it. Its been more than a month. I haven't received even any mail about shipping till now. When i called the company earlier this month. They told me that my order has been dispatched. When i asked them why i didnt receive a mail about dispatch as their policy stated "you will get a mail when it is dispatched." then they said "you ll get the mail a day before it will be delivered." its been more than 3 weeks since then, i haven't received my order nor any mail. Now the company is not reachable. I tried calling them. Earlier they didnt receive the phone. Now they have switched it off. I mailed them. They haven't replied in 10days. Please help get me my order or atleast my money back.

I recommend that not to purchase single product from this fake website because they are not delivering product just take your money.
today is 40 days completed when i was ordered but still not get my product.

I ordered couple tshirt but not yet delivered. No response and cannot track order.
I have order couple tshirt long time back but there no response from the site or instagram and i cannot even track the order. The have already received the payment of 480 rupees from my account and still not delivered.
Either i want my money back or the tshirts to be delivered.

I have ordered couple t-short from bootees.in on 15-jan-2018 with order# r[protected]. Since then i have tried to contact them twice through mail and phone. They are not communicating anything with customer. Also not provided any option on their website to cancel the order through which we can get our money return. I want my money back with interest.

On 4th of jan and order id is r[protected] it's left more than 35 days since they haven't shipped the t-shirts and when i'm trying to call their customer number it is saying switch off and they are not replying to my instagram messages and mails. And waiting for their response from day one.
I only can say that this is so cheap and ridiculous. I m getting very frustrated.
This is my worst experience in online shopping.
