I placed an order on 30th may 2018. It's been five months now. I'm yet to receive my order and there had been no response to my calls and emails. Such a fraud. Claim amount rs. 447. Kindly look into the issue. And stop placing orders with bootees. They say no cash on delivery and ask you to pay through net banking and shall not respond henceforth. Be aware...

Government should take strict actions against these sites and ban them.

Its a fraud site.. sad to see consumer complaint cant get this website down.
My. Girlfriend ordered months ago. I had immediately checked online the reviews about the site. and I was sure she aint getting anything.
Luckily it was just couple hundred she had spent.
But I just want this site to go down so that others dont fall victim to it. Thanks in advance

Hi,
I have ordered 5 tshrts from bootees. From the date i ordered there is no update on my order.
I am unable to contact there customer care also[protected] . This number says they have forwaded my call. but then call gets disconnected. The delivery method or partner i contacted they said they didnt recieve any order for shipment.
I have dropped them a mail also [protected]@BOOTEES.IN and worst website i have ever seen. Even other website from other countries delivers in 20 days. but within India BOOTEEs are not able to ship order

I have ordered a tee on 18th july 2018 through @booteesIN. it said that it will be delivered in 3-4 working days but it will not delivered then i tried calling them many times but no one response to my call the i sent mail to them they said sorry will deliver in few more days . after that time i still didn't get my tee delivered then again converstion through mail around more than one month i decided to cancel my order and they did on 27th aug 2018 stating that i will get my refund in next 7-10 working days but still i didn't get my refund back. #worst #fake_site #fake_business #fraud_company #bootees #worst_company #give_back_refund

A week as stated in their so called website.. it's been 3 months not only the t-shirt didn't cane.. they blocked me ripped and also block me from my other I'd through which I contacted anonymously. I will go to court if something doesn't happen soon enough...

Hello there,

I ordered a t-shirt on 08/06/2018 from bootees.in, order id: r[protected]
They told me around 1month you will get your product now its 3 months running, i complain several time to connect customer support but call not receiving.

Even before 1 month they told near around 1st or 2nd wk of august you 'll get your product if not then we will refund your money after that i am not got the product even they do not reply my mail also, i attached all my mail and payment proof, plz look after this case. The website is a fraud many others have the same problem.

Order a t-shirt 40 days back and no update till yet, so many complaints are already there but the fraud is still going on. customer service number is wrong and not responding to mails.

Yes as like others i also ordered a tshirt wort of 489 rupees. Till payment it seems like its a very renowned company. But after paying it just sent a mail "we will notify you after your product shipped". But till now there is no updates about my order. If you will track your order then you will get the same result like others. Code is invalid. And if you will mail them for getting your order status then u must live till your last breath as they don't gonna reply back to you. I[censored] will call at the number u will get a call forwarded msg from that number
Hope you all stay away from these kind of websites.

Respected sir,
I ordered a t-shirt worth rs 236 form this site and i paid the money via paytm. But i haven't received any shipping mail from this site. Moreover when, i put the order id in the section of 'track your order', surprisingly i found that the site says me that the coad is not valid. And i also tried to call them but they did not receive the phone. I mailed them but they did not give amy reply. I did everything what ever i can.

Therefore, sir this complain is my last hope to get my money back or the tshirt. Please do whatever you can.

I ordered a t-shirt on 04/02/2018 from bootees.in, Order Id: R[protected]
They told me around 1month you will get your product now its 5monthes running, I complain several time to their customer support even before 1month they told near around 1st or 2nd wk of August you 'll get your product if not then we will refund your money after that I am not got the product even they do not reply my mail also, I attached all my mail and payment proof, plz look after this case. the website is a fraud many others have the same problem.

I have only received my email that I have ordered but not received any confirmation about that and I have paid my amount too. So this is very disappointing for me and even they are not replying any mail and not picking my phone. I wait for only week after that I will take legal action against them .

I placed my order of 2 full sleeves solid red and black t-shirts on 14th july 2018. I haven't received my order yet. The customer care number they provided is non-responsive. Either it is busy or they don't attend the call. I haven't got any reply of my email i sent. Its been around 30 days. Am not able to track the order. The link of "delhivery" which they have provided on their website is not recognizing the order id which i received. It is saying "could not find the order with us'.

I order a couple of t-shirts from bootees and it's been 10 days and they haven't delivered the order. They even deducted express delivery charges that means it was supposed to be delivered in maximum 5 days. I had paid total amount of 423 that i would like to be refunded. They don't answer mails or calls. Being a fraud company strict actions should be taken against them.
