Hi team,
I found that many of the online customers who ordered the items from bootees website got cheated up. I am afraid that i didn't receive my order yet and no response from the toll free number which is given. I tried to rise a complaint from this particular website http://www.grahaksuraksha.com/complaint/bootees/ and found that they are fraudulent people. They are asking the registered google pay phone number and telling that they will refund the amount, but actually they demanding us to accept the amount request which is totally a fraudulent activities. Here is contacted people's mobile number (Ragul singh : [protected], shall : [protected]) so i wanted you to take some action towards these cheating people. Kindly provide the details of the ordered item and give a correct contact number to contact the bootees customer care number representative. This is a cheating activities found in recent days. Please take this email as a serious issue and reply as early as possible.

*i personally recommend not to buy any products from bootees*

I placed a panda couple tshirt order on the month of oct, its been 4 months, no response from the team, i have mailed them regarding this issue, and didn't get any reply mail, its just disgusting to bear this, if not getting any reply within a week i am going to report bootees in twitter and give worst review. They are neither ready to refund the money nor deliver the product, have never faced such a bad shopping experience. I recommend not to order the product from bootees, waste of money and time.

Fraud company conning people!

I had placed an order in november for few t-shirts with rs.799, it is a prepaid order as there is not cod option available. I received a message that my order will be dispatched by the 1st week of dec. After that received several dates whenever enquired.

I am yet to receive my order after 3 months!

On being asked to refund, i am not getting any response.

I had ordered a dab panda t-shirt on 29/9/18 and it has not been delivered yet. I have written multiple emails asking for the ordering details or reimbursement of the money. The mails are not being responded, and the t-shirt is not being delivered. Kindly look into the matter.

I ordered two tshirts in the month of december, 2018 and made the payment online. However, i have not received the order yet. The phone number provided on the website is not available. They are not responding to the emails as well. This is very disappointing and im very upset. I got to know through this merchant through a advertisement on instagram and i placed my order.

I had ordered four t-shirts on bootees website on 27th November 2018 and made a pre paid amount transaction. But i haven't received the order yet. Followed up on mail twice but no response.
Once I have called them on customer care number, they replied the delivery before the end of December 2018 . I even asked them their state of manufacturing.They said they are from Kolkata .
I am waiting for my order but their is no response from them and now their customer care number is diverted to call forward but in vain.

I ordered a t-shirt 2 weeks ago, i have not received yet. As i am emailing them, their is no reply, also i m calling on customer care, it seems like my call has been forwarded. I want to know the status asap, if not i will go ahead to consumer court and u people vll see the power of media, as i m a journalist and youtuber.
Its last time, let me know about the status of my order.

They’ve charged us before ordering and the order date was of oct 7 2018,
It is 12/01/2019 and still i did not get any product
I’ve mailed them tried to contact them but its not working for me
In their instagram acc they are replying like it will be dispatched in 3-4 week of month,
Inshort they’re a fraud company and a legel action muct be taken against them

I have ordered a combo pack of 2 t-shirts on 31st august 2018 and was told it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days. But not yet received. Orderconfirmationid is bootees.in order confirmation #r[protected].

I had ordered 2 t-shirts from bootees in september-october 2018 and was informed that the order will be dispatched within third week of december 2018. However, after repeated mails they did not dispatch anything.

I had paid full amount of both t-shirts in advance. Now they are neither replying to the mails nor accepting calls.

Please help asap!

My order had been placed 3months ago, for a rumtajogi t. Shirt. I had made the payment using the paytm through ccavenue. Every time i tried to call them, the number was unavailable or the call was being forwarded and ultimately disconnect. I have paid my money to a team of thieves who keep asking me to wait and nothing else. They have no business ethics, no shame, and no decency at all. I've lost my money and i'm warning the rest of you about these liers and cheaters.

I have placed order 1 month ago and haven't recieved order yet, i have even mailed them they keep on giving date and dates next week next week and so on. What to say i don't know they are fake or genuine. I have planed to gift t-shirt to my friend on her birthday bt they jst ruined my planned, i don't now i want t-shirt any how, they not even give option to cancel order. They intentinally have not kept login process or any account adding option. They are totally fake.

N dey hvnt shipped d product and not receiving call and not even replying on email... D worst and fake website ever... I want my tshirt anyhow... Fake people... It's been one month... No replies on emails too... I received my order after 4 months that also they shipped me a wrong size of tshirt and now asking me to pay 120 for exchange of tshirt whereas its their mistke and not even ready to accept it.. And the person who answer the call has no sense of talking to people.. Just know to argue rudely its the worst app and people who attends the call..

It's highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour that your site is portraying. Even i am a digital marketer, but i don't use such fraud tactics. I ordered a product one month back. Kindly work on it and provide me with my t-shirt as soon as possible. Your phone number is invalid, gmail is not working and no other way. Reporting can lead to ban. So please.
