This company is a fraud they only know to take people money and make them fool on the name of country's digitalization these people advertise to do online payment and after the payment they do not have a little response for the customers... They contact no. Provided are always switched off...These people should be banned and should be thrown behind bars...

    I have Ordered a t-shirt... Order no.R[protected].. on January 2019.. but still has not received it. I have made the payment already.. n every time on asking they give dates for next month.. this is not fair.. they have to clarify what is the matter.. either they give me my order or my money..😤😤😤...
    Despite of sending the confirmation, they are making me fool again and again. Why is this so?? Is in this country online marketing not to he trusted??... Please help out customers from this problem.. otherwise no trust for any online site will be left..

      Sir I have order the t-shirts on 29/05/2019 vide order no. R[protected] Ref. No.[protected] of Rs. 665 and Order No. R[protected] Ref. No.[protected] of Rs. 105/-. Website said that Order deliver in 10 days but still I have not received. The phone No. on website is switched off. After that I have mail them on their maid ID but did not received any response. My friend also order the same website of Rs. 700-800 Rs and he too did not received the order.

      This is fraud company (bootees.in) and how these web sites running.

        This vendor is a traitor he has asked for money first and after tht their website are not working even their numbers are switched off ... I have sent them so many mails but they are not responding 😠😠😠 i m damn sure that this website is fake they hve just earned moneys from us after that this peoples have disappeared 😠😠 i want my money refund or i want my parcel😠

          Hi, I have ordered for a customised Tshirt from bootees website and was told I will get a call regarding my order in 2 days so that I can confirm my design to them. I dint get any call till now not any email.

          I already sent an email to their complaint id and tried calling the customer care but no use.

          I have ordered a tshirt from bootees in last week of April and they have not delievered it yet. I have mailed them, called them but still no reply from their side. I have already paid. Whenever i call them, their phone has always reaponded switched off. I have tried everything but nothing worked.My order number is R[protected]. Please help me.Thanks

              R[protected] my order id i have ordered two T-shirts in november 2018 and it is prepaid order but still they didn't delivered the product and i am unable to contact them.I request you to please block their website bootees.in so they can't cheat others. I think this website have cheated many others so please take any action regarding this i have already registered complain against bootees.in but still they are active.

                I have placed an order on this so called [censored]ing website on 29/11/2018. I have hot a conformation mail from from them: after not receiving order for 2 months i told them to cancel my order n refund my money back
                But now theses [censored]s are neither picking up call and nor they replying to mail
                Their customer care number is also not available
                Don’t but anything from this website they are cheaters and fraudsters both

He rudely saying that "if you give debit card details, we'll refund or we don't do anything". Firstly the person who talks to me was very rude.

                  @Consumercomplaints please consider this and moreover i saw many complaints like this. Please help us to get rid of this we need our money back or our product which we order. We hope you this is the best platform to solve our complaints.

                      I orfered tshirt and paid amount via paytm. Their phone is already switched of and they do not respond to any of my mail this is serious fraud kindly help me getting my money back.this is very serious kind of fraud to people and no one can legally touvh them they shows their address as kolkata as i know they also faked it. Kindly take some necessary step and their paid merchant is ccavenue kindly contact them also and solve this issue please.

                        I've ordered some t-shirts in the month of november 2018. I haven't received it yet. Each time i tried contacting the customer service they postponed the shipment and they are doing it every time. I've already paid for my order and can't get the whole money back even if i cancel my order. And if i call the customer care number they've provided in their website it is coming that the number is switched off every time

They asked me for my debit card number so that they can refund the money through card. I actually don't know if I should give my card number. I refused to give card details so they said issue can't be resolved and they hung up. I asked them to take my account no. Instead, they said it's card to card transaction, account no. will not work. Please help me out.

                              I have purchased 1 t-shirt from bootees.in on 25th may 2019 through online payment method. Post the order got placed, they have sent the invoice mail in which it is return that confirmation will be sent once the order is shipped.
                              I am sending emails daily to bootees team to get the status of the order, but have not received any reply from them. Not at all happy with the services they have given. Want my money back & also the compensation. Customer should not be treated in this way.

                                Your customer care is not talking to customers fairly. When called in, the call will not be told after it will be called in april. Now tell us delivery in july.. Your service is very useless i ordered couple t shirts on 7th february 2018.. Its may 2019 now.. I havent recieved it.. Whenever i will call.. The number will come busy... Such a disgusting this website is... Its a fraud... That why there is no option on cod. Very bad company... It's totally fake... First see the reviews and then purchase the product...                                       I have placed my order in march 2018 also have made the online payment as no cod was available. But there's no update its been so long how much time do u expect us to wait more than a year? It's just a useless website that doesn't answer your calls and mails just grabs the money and disappears! Truly disappointed... Can u please ask them to atleast refund the money if they cannot do with the consumer complaints.
