[Resolved]  Airtel — fake bills

I am saji from bangalore. I was using airtel 3g datacard [protected] for internet connection for last 2 years. Initially i used to pay rs.800+ for 1 gb. But since i was using it mainly for browsing i changed my plan to 300 gb for rs133 in april 2013. On may 4th i got a bill for rs800+ even though i used hardly 4 or 5 times for browsing.immediately i called customercare and informed them to cancel the connection. After may 4th i never used the connection. In june again they raised another bill for rs.800+.now i am planning to complaint in consumer court. I already informed my hr dept to inform all the 10,000+ employees about this.

AirTel — fake bill

dear sir,
i am an airtel postpaid user i ve been receiving fake bill from last 6-7 months.they always send a bill amount much more than actual one.i ve to correct my bill every time.now i am tired of these things i want to live tension free life.so should i go for consumer court? i ve all my bills.please guide me.

Airtel — fake bill for broadband usage

Hi,
I am using broadband service from Airtel..I took broadband connection on 5th October 2007 .At the end of 1 month, I got a bill of Rs 41731 for only 1 month..Ideally it should go approx Rs 2000.
Immediately I logged complain(#2476556) about it..after several follow up, They conclude that Rs 36000 they are planning to wave off...Rest of the amounts I paid immediately..Now It has been 4 months, it is still reflecting in my bill..and now they have disconnected my services also and Sometime they give threat calls to pay that bill immediately if I go to their office or call them, they say this is still under process for approval .I have wasted huge time to follow up on this but still no result and waiting it to resolve since last 4 months .Please suggest me what should I do?

Airtel / Internet connection — internet connection

Respected sir,

Last three months i lost my internet connection. But the monthly bill is provided regularly. Actually I paid the two month bill amount without internet connections. and no intimation for your side. Please take immediate action to do for my favour as soon as possible. Otherwise i will quit with your company

AirTel — Double Charges

I had two issue;
1> In spite of paying my mobile bill online after 5 days my credit card was again charged for the same bill through auto debit facility.
2> Without intemating to me my GPRS plane was changed from unlimited to Zero rental for whihc i need to pay Rs.7000/.

i took the services on 07 sept 2008 no [protected]and it worked for 3 days and stopped working and then after that all the calling to the service centres had been in vain and i am very much disappointed by the services provided

I need mobile connectivity in my laptop.I ave a Airtel Gold Post paid connection for internet with USB data card.The Airtel internet server is down frequently.I am very much disappointed with the service they provided.Even in urgent situation I can not access the internet from Airtel.

i had using airtel broadband connection since a year
i m having 2 internet connection in my home so i decided to disconnect 1 connection and regarding that i requested to airtel customer care in the month of october to disconnect broadband connection, after so many interaction with customer care executive, they send one executive in my house and that gentleman convince us to stay with airtel in new plan of 499 rental (+ tax as applicable) with unlimited 128 kbps speed and 100 rs calling value in addition to one month rent free(for trial). as we had previously 699(+ tax as applicable)rental plan with unlimited usage, we find the new plan to go with. so we decided to retain 2 connection in our home.here the problem arises the bills are coming with old rent ie 699 and when we talk to airtel customer care executive they told us they are not going to change the plan,
they cut my connection without prior information.and they force us to stay away from airtel and use any other service provider.
now they are behaving very rudely
please help me in this regard

my name is Sanjeev kumar i am using airtel post paid for last two years my no.was [protected] i have requsted to close this no. In december 2008 and i also got a call from ur retention department that my no. Is closed but in january i got a bill for the same no. When i make a complaint for this matter they told me that my bill will be waive out as there is no call record available(niether incoming nor outgoing) for this no. But again i recieve bill in feb. And ur customer care is not able to solve my problem so plz. Solve my problem as this is making very bad impression in my view my current no. Is [protected]

Airtel — Inter Operator Connectivity

Hi,

I have taken a new airtel connection.

I am not able to receive calls from BSNL/TATA landline.

After registering complain with airtel call center still no revert from them.

I hope that airtel has got ears also to lsiten to customer grievances.

dsl internet connection — request for disconnection

sir i have applied to disconnect the inernet connection, but nobody till now reort here to cut the connection ...please send someone to disconnect the connection
I am in Hyderabad, i got the fake bill from Airtel my general usage around[protected] per month, but due to sudden change in my location my bill went down to 2500 then i received a call from Airtel Cc regarding my bill ( why its so low this time..?) and in next month i was in hyd i recived my bill around 4600 out of them 2000 calls were around 35 to 40 seconds --- some calls are for incoming in roaming ( i used to disconnect every incoming call in roaming and used to make call for every incoming as charge are same for one india plan) but i was charged for every incoming call which i disconnected. and same i notice for o/g calls which somebody not pickedup due to his personal reason.

And when i did thecomplaint at begining her customer care were ready to give me weaver for all local calls for duration less then 35 seconds, but i asked her to give me weaver for roaming incoming call also then she noted down my complaint and they took 24 days to answer...
and the answer was very amazing


they said everything is ok from airtel side.. you picked the call for 35 second.. i am the heavy user for airtel my average monthly bill was around[protected] per month and i dont think anybody who will use mobile heavily will answer 100 calls in yes and no. so just guess there cheat... they coudlnt check anything and replied...
when i ask him to send me my CDR i oneself will check the details they refused, they just said they have sent me my itemizied bill and it's ok .

please suggets me what i should do. i want to go in consumer court against Airtel. if you know any good lawyer consumer case in hyderabad please let me know.

mene apne number par NOP (net on phone) activate karwaya tha, under which u get unlimited downloading & surfing free, but they charge surfing charges when i use internet service, mene kafi bar comlaints ki but hamesha yeh khete wait for 24 hrs...what can i do?? ankit [protected]

AIRTEL-internet connection(DSL) — My connection is not getting disconnected.

Hello,

This is Meenakshi Jain.I had taken AIRTEL internet connection around a year back.
Now i want to disconnect it.I had filed a request for the same first on 16th jun 2009 in customer care.
They gave me assurance that my connection will be disconnected within 7 days(According to SLA).I had filed the request such that i can get the bill before 26th jun 2009 so that i can present the same in my company for reimbursement.After 16th i have called customer care around 10-15 times and every time they come up with different differnt issues.They say that they have resumed my connection by taking my consent but i never gave any consent.

And all becuase of this delay now my company will not reimbuese it and i have to pay it from my pocket.
Moreover to this now when i dial again to customer care then now a days i get a message "ur payment is not received so outgoing facility is disconnected".
while i have already paid the bill via check and amount has been deducted from my account.

I am really annoyed with the kind of service provided to me and it has troubled me alot.
I request you to plz take some action
