Plead take suitable action in this direction as the whole village is suffering due to lack of water...

    Sir,
    I am from prem nagar mohalla situated near sabour railway station of bhagalpur which has high population density.in this colony no sufficient electric poles are there due to that consumers have taken connection with bamboo and other sources, hence wires are hanging here and there. Due to this so many times unwanted situations created. Also supply voltage is very low so that we can't get water also. So many times we complained to bedcpl but no any solution we have found.
    Hence it requested to instruct the regarding officers to solve the above mentioned problem.

        I would like your attention towards electricity theft in p d lane, mahendru, patna. There are some houses who have parallel connection inside to stop reading of electric meter. These houses have ac installed in room which run all days and night during summer, geyser during winter but the electricity bill paid by them officially is approx rs 700/-. Only. There is a house named radha bhawan in p d lane where you can check the inside connection installed by some local electricians.

          2. Full amount as already paid not deducted.

            मैंने 21 अप्रैल को 557 रु का कुल राशि का भुगतान कर दिया था जबकि आज दिनांक 1 मई 2017 को चेक करता हूँ तो अभी 748•38 का बिल राशि दिख रहा है।
            यह बिल राशि मेरे बिचार से गलत बनाया गया है आपके तरफ से । कृपया इसे सुधारा जाए क्योंकि जब मैंने अपना बिल पे किया था उसके बाद मेरी due राशि 00 थी अचानक 1 महीने का बिल आपलोग 748 कैसे भेजे दिए हैं । कृपया इसकी जांच की जय। मैं आग्रह करता हूँ कि इसे अतिशीघ्र सुधार दी जाएगी अन्यथा मुझे अपनी connection पड़ेगी।

              Dear Sir,

              My consumer id is[protected] at biharsharif for your reference. I am getting higher amount in my bill after changing the meter. There was issue in reading and one of your employee suggested to change the meter when he visited for checking due to meter damage or faulty and assume that you will get higher amount compare to previous month. We have requested as per his advise and change the meter but got shocked when received the bill with new meter and it was around 22000 Rs. We were getting usually less than 300 Rs. every month and inform the electricity office for checking. We have tried many times and visited multiple time to electricity board to resolve the issue but they are keep saying that you need to pay this amount.
              I am staying outside for work and my family are getting headache due to this kind of issue. Please help us to resolve our issue since its very huge amount and till now total is around 24000 rupees.
              We are ready to pay the valid amount. Please try to analyze abnormality in previous and current bill and give us valid amount so we can clear it.
              We are looking for your support.

I have sent the letter through post office, register the complaint no[protected] & BC00006321 online (www.nbpdcle.co.in ) and finally hand written complaint letter is also submitted to local Electricity Office at Chapra but still my Electricity Meter is not replaced and wrong bills are not not rectified till date.
                Total details of complaint is attached herewith. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

                  On behalf of my father i want to made complain that the meter reading is very much bigger problem for us. Please tell your Employee that meter reading that should be read properly and whenever I used to complain in the Customer Care, your executive behaviour is not good and they never respond properly and act as they are unaware of the anything.                     Gogri/Ds/1121, service connection number-457863, meter no- 050748.
                    Regular electricity bill are not being generated yet . several times we had gone to the nearby assistant er. Electricity office, but a very poor response received.
                    There is no one responsible person there to take care of our complaints. Even nobody give the receiving of our application for checking of meter reading & about billing irregularities. Please take the matter seriously and ensure a regular electricity bill.
                    We had paid once after various efforts. But again we don't get either the bill or any response. We want to pay the consumed unit bill . But please ensure the late payment surcharge must be subtracted, because the irregularities in billing are due to the department. Also we got physically & mentally harassed due to these irregularities.
                    Please arrange the payment most probably in parts, due to the amount may seem to b large enough to be paid by us. We just belongs to a lower middle class family. I m unemployed too. Please take the matter seriously.

Mera connection bpl maindiya gaya tha, lekin mera bill (Ds2) main aa raha hain. Is se pahle hamne kai bar gogri aur parbatta main application dia ki mera connection (Ds1) main karne ke lia. Lekin kuch bhi sudhar nahi ho raha hain. Is se pahle humne 03/03/2015 ko bill payment kia us din bhi humne apna connection close karne ke lia kaha lekin bola gaya ki aage bill sudhar hokar aayega, lekin aaj tak kuchh bhi sudhar nahi ho paya.

                            Sir,   my village total population is about 5000 . it same for us because in my village up to this time no electricity pole reached . we village member are request u to plz provide electricity in bhabhta . due electricity problem our child are not able to read at night .due to this  we have to sleep up to 8 pm only, we are aware for our child and coming next generation . plz take our problem in consideration .

                              Dear Sir/Madam It is a humble request to help us in resolving the issue related to the electric transformer pole fixed in front of the gate of our residential land in ward no 14, New bypass Road, post + dist Sitamarhi, Bihar. I am a Yoga teacher Smt Shila Devi wife of Sri Vinay Kumar retired high school senior science teacher Mathura High School, Sitamarhi, and this is my hard earned piece of land on which we are planning to start a small children school as well as run the yoga classes for the women, children, elderly etc. The electric transformer pole fixed infront of the gate of our land would be unsafe as well as obstructing to the exit and entrance. The pre- selected place for fixing the electric transformer pole has been bypassed by the certain concerned of the electricity dept of Sitamarhi dist, under the influence of some people and that has created a big riotous situation there, which is reported in the newspaper Hindustan dated 25th May 2015. Even then the pole was not fixed to the pre selected place (where single line pole already exists) and intensely fixed infront of our land to disturb us. We have requested for the help from the different administrative authorities by sending application, attached with this mail, but not yet received any answer. Kindly help us in resolving this issue.                                       Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I, Pradeep Kumar Jain, have been receiving very high electricity bill for domestic use since the month of June, 2014. Consumer ID for the same is: 18472/SPL/DS/7120. This sudden increase in electricity bill is due to the wrong meter reading, with meter number as D/S 7120, taken by the meter reader. Below are the meter readings taken by the concerned person on the respective dates. 17.06.[protected] Units 27.07.[protected] Units 30.08.[protected] Units Meter reading was taken by a different person in the month of June than in the month of July and August. Just by looking at the meter reading trend itself, we can say that the meter reading in June, 2014 is incorrect and unacceptable. I have already sent twice complaint letter to the Executive Engineer, Electricity, Supaul, but didn't receive any response for the same. Details of the complaint letter sent are below: Letter sent by registered post having receipt number: ARF[protected]IN dated: 11.08.2014. And Letter sent by registered post having receipt number: ARF[protected]IN dated: 10.09.2014. Also the same complaint has been raised to the SDO, Electricity, Supaul, dated: 10.09.2014 personally as well as by registered post with receipt number: ARF[protected]IN dated: 29.09.2014. Bill numbers against which this complaint is registered are:[protected]June),[protected]July), and[protected]August),[protected]September). Kindly look into this matter and send the revised electricity bill. It is a sincere request to you to send this updated bill as soon as possible for immediate payment of the pending bills.
