Airtel mobile service provider — Unsubscribe of Y Zone
I accidently subscribed to Y!Zone on my mobile (Airtel India is my service provider). Rs.10 is deducted from my account every week for past 1 months. I have recently subscribed a service provided by brahamakumaris...and its subcription number for airtel subscribers is 55231...it was said that per day it will cost RS 2 but now they are chargin double that amount per day...nd bein a prepaid user its providin a bit of inconvinience for me....so may i know how can i unsubscribe it..??

I called up today morning, they told they have sent the request, & the request will be followed after 3 days that is on 19th of April 2011 (Monday). I had loged the complaint on 15th of april, can't it be done immediately, will it take so long time or should I again remain them to Unsubscribe.
