i am eshan agarwal. my no is [protected].. i am repeatedly getting messages from 54321..i hav spoken to airtel customer care nearly 4-5 times... but still i am receiving it... daily i am getting messages saying that you have been charged 10, 15 or 20 as they wish... i cant tolerate this... this is my humble request and a genuine complaint... hope i will be justified..thankyou..

My Number is [protected], I am sandeep. Even I am having same problem, constantly getting **"Filmybuzz alert"** with url to some portal without me subscribing to it, which is annoying. On top of that I am being charged Rs. 10/10 days. Unable to STOP the service after many tries by sending STOP sms to 121.

when I tried calling 121 to unsubscribe from this subscribe, the support executive reacted as if she has never heard of these "FILMYBUZZ" alerts. This is simply unprofessional attitude.
