I wish to unsubscribe for the above service "Word of the day".
My account has already been debited with Rs.30/-
I got a service message from the following address: http://203.115.112.5/wordoftheday/dafault.aspx telling me that "word of the day service will be renewed in 2 days and you will be charged 30 Rs. for 30 days. To unsubscribe click on the above mentioned link"
I tried going to the link but am not able to unsubscribe.
Kindly do the needful

I have airtel mobile [protected] .From last few months i have been getting messages of airtel word pack everyday although i have not subscribe it.It charges Rs.30/- everymonth.
There is absolutely no clarity as to how it happenend and how to unsubscribe it.
I had requested for unsubscribing it earlier also but till date no response recd.

I am very dearly requesting the concerned authority to kindly unsubscribe this Word_pack usage and kindly refund the amount deducted on account of that.

Now, i am taking it as a torture to the consumer, and if not sorted quickly, i will not refrain my self from going to the Consumer Forum.
