When we took it to the , they said we cannot replace it and it has to go to the repair / customer service . When we told them it was a new one, still they refused. My name is Arul,I had bought Butterfly Indiuction Stove Standard model on 24-OCT-10.After using for 3 weeks the front panel got broken and soon stove stopped working.Soon i reached to authorized servie center and got repaired eveything.

But after 1 month same problem is repeating. I asked them to replace the stove with new one but they are denied to do it.
