Dear authority,

This is very unfortunate to make a complaint regarding some silly thing, but nothing to do.

I have bought one Butterfly Blueline Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 5 Ltrs, from Hyderabad ( I went there for my official work). The cooker is really a good one than any other company. It is working fine.

I wanted to get some extra spare parts of the cooker , like rubber gasket. I found that the spare part gasket for this model of pressure cooker is not available in Kolkata. Then I informed the company twice thorugh e-mail, called them also, but they are not entertaining.

Just think, without a valid rubber gasket the cooker will not be functional !!!!!!

In their official site, one e-mail id is invalid, but they are not aware of it. This is the id "[protected]@butterflyindia.com".

I seek your help to get the rubber gasket for the cooker, I shall pay for it. Please help me. The barcode no of my cooker is.....212101.

Hi,
I have purchased a butterfly blueline 7.5ltr pressure cooker.
And unfortunately have to write this bad review regarding butterfly customer service
and support...
I have been lied to again and again for the last 5 months that my
free frying pan is being despatched and will receive it in no time!
I will NEVER buy again from you untrustworthy people!!
Thank you, so don't fall for that offer for a free gift
and be deceived like me. Each time I phone they tell me
its left the warehouse yesterday or is about to.

    I bought a butterfly Glasstop double burner on Mar 6 2011 and on 27 Dec 2011 at about 06.30 am the glass top broke into pieces and irony is that on that day morning we didnt even used it and automatically it broken into pieces with a heavy noise. Since we hoped that butterfly products are good we didnt cared about the guarantee card and bill and now when complained rather than their R&D investigating the reason they are demanding 1000 rupees for repairing it. Absolutely disturbing....

    Dear Sir,
    I bought a Two burner Glass top Butterfly gas stove from RAJAN & CO NAGERCOIL 1 month back.
    The issue is with the BUTTERFLY stove is right control knop is not working and we had contacted the RAJAN & CO ‘s service center.
    Every day I contact RAJAN & CO ‘s service center, But they didnot responce my calls. I connot use this BUTTERFLY gas stove last 1 month.
    So please take a action and replace a new BUTTERFLY 2 BURNER GLASS TOP STOVE immediatly.
    If i didnot get a new one i will file this to cunsumer court because i am calling for 1 month to RAJAN & CO NAGERCOIL service center.

    I bought a Butterfly Reflection 3 nob Gas Stove from authorised dealer of Butterfly on 26.10.2013. On number of complaints it was installed on 31.10.2013 by the service representative. On the day of installation itself while using for the first time the glass top was turned into pieces with noise and spread all over the kitchen and spoiled food and hurt my wife too. The Product has manufacturing defect and I condemn the item not to use by any one in future.

      hi, i bought a butterfly pressure cooker from murugan steel shop in kamothe, navi mumbai. the pressure cooker shows problem within few days.i inform it to the shop and company; but they dont want to take responsibility and refuses to replace it also. so, please do not go for butterfly product, because it is waste of your money.

        Hi, We bought a pressure cooker from Butterfly Anna Salai (from their shop). The pressure cooker started giving problems with in couple of days. When we took it to the , they said we cannot replace it and it has to go to the repair / customer service . When we told them it was a new one, still they refused. We left our pressure cooker there itself and came back. Why this happens only in India. Any company ( we have VW car) again the same thing. All MNC's want our money and they give us Indian service. Will some one in the higher order look into this ? No exchange, No prompt service , no replacement . We have Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, IFB and each and every thing we have quite an experience. Jai Hind. Indian's are treated badly in India by Indian.

          I had purchased a butterfly three burner gas stove in feb 2011 from trade links Kottayam
          After three week it starting to show problems like no proper flame. i had complained to the dealer. and after so many enquiries on technician visited home and corrected something. after one month same problem repeated again. can i get a new stove as replacement...........

          Butterfly Gas Stove — Got 3b blaze model gas stove- absolutely useless.

          I got this stove 3 months back. the burners are not functioning properly. I called service, they attended and said dust in to filters. but not worth money. safety issue?? I think there should be some standards - ISI.

            I Purchased Butterfly Air Cooler 10 Leters Capacity from R.R. Home Needs,4/3 Arandal pet,Guntur.I met the shopkeeper to purchase the cooler he said this cooler works well for the single room,but the cooler not works for single person even. Now I want my money back. I paid Rs:5000/- for that. The shop owner is not accepting that cooler back. he will send the technitian. With in one day that's not performing means, what they are producing ? .that cooler is working like a table fan not getting cool...in that ( Water is flowing/Rotating) no use in that..Please take action.

            power board isn't working correctly

            when power is on, motor was run on 5 sec at middle of led indicator level, speed of the fan indicator automatically goes to low and but motor was not run. and power indicator was also dull. so, please rectify my cooler problem.

              I bought a butterfly grinder and has got a 5year warranty..but the machine suddenly stopped working and the coil started burning with fumes emanating from the grinder..luckily we shut the main forthwith ...Now we keep calling these service people like 10-12 times and their answers are very irresponsible no one seems 2 come for repair...where should I complain these people and get me a refund???

                Hi,
                My name is Arul,I had bought Butterfly Indiuction Stove Standard model on 24-OCT-10.After using for 3 weeks the front panel got broken and soon stove stopped working.Soon i reached to authorized servie center and got repaired eveything.

                But after 1 month same problem is repeating. I asked them to replace the stove with new one but they are denied to do it.

                Please suggest a solution for this.

                  Hi Sir,
                  This complaint is regarding the Butterfly gas lighter I took from 'Greenland super market' from Greenglen layout,behind Bellandur ICICI bank.I brought the lighter from this shop and withing 2days I found it was not working ,the shop owner took the lighter saying he will exchange it for new one from the Butterfly company agent,but it's 6months over still no news from him.If asked he reply's back badly.I lost my money(Re 120) ,lighter,energy and time.
                  This Supermarket also keep Nandini products which are expired also many other breads which are expired,if told he gets angry on the customers.
                  Heard He gives bribe to the concerned people and keep all duplicate things.
                  Kindly need ur attention ASAP

                    I buyed a butterfly grinder from Nandilath G-mart Edappally showroom . The MRP they plotted on the grinder was RS 5700. I went to near by shop and they agreed to give me the same product for 4300 with two more additional enhancements(coconut scrapper and atta batter maker). I came back to Nandilath G-mark as said that shop near by to u offered same product for 4300 with to more additional enhancements.Then they reduced the price from Rs 5700 to Rs 4200 and also offred me two additional enhancements too (coconut scrapper and atta batter maker). but after reaching home when i opened the carton the additional enhancements were not there. I went back and asked them about this, then they are telling they never offered this additional enhancements and they cant do anything on this i[censored] want u can file a legal case on this. They really cheated me, may be that sales person will be the one who cheated us for there incentives. But they are also cheating others. Just think... from MRP 5700Rs how much they reduced(4200)??? Just think how much profit they are getting, if they can sell a product for MRP price(5700rs)???.
                    Government should take action against this and try to sell the product in same price in every shop.

                    be carefull when buying items from nandilath... people think that they are one of the leading dealers and give better prices! check at least two options before you jump into nandilath... i have heard that after sales service is too bad or never entertained by them...

                      i have ordered for nice dices and sona belt through phone on 24/10/2008 . my order no is 1576725. my total value package is they said 6093, after making discount on card purcase and diwali offer.

                      i received the materials on 21/11/2008 . But i dint find any the sona belt. instead of that the product clled king pro and butterfly massager and nice dicer is there.

                      the king pro is not working properly because the hole was misplace and the butterfly massager also not working.

                      We trust the company and without seeing the product we are buying only on trust basisc . but this is not fare on your path.

                      please kindly help me in this matter . the cutomer care not at answering properly. They are always ready to put the phone down.

                      what i have to do. the massager is not working and the kind pro is also not in good condition. i was very much unsatisfied with this product and the support.

                      Let me hope atleast after this mail whether i can get any solution

They have informed me that they have courior my product through Professional Courior AWB Number[protected], shipment Date Sep, 12 2008, today is 21st september i have not received any documents. i have phoned to Professional Courior several times several numbers as there instrucction but they don't give me any proper answer. i am really failed to understand that really it is professional or it is a unprofessional courior.
