Hi, We bought a pressure cooker from Butterfly Anna Salai (from their shop). The pressure cooker started giving problems with in couple of days. When we took it to the , they said we cannot replace it and it has to go to the repair / customer service . When we told them it was a new one, still they refused. We left our pressure cooker there itself and came back. Why this happens only in India. Any company ( we have VW car) again the same thing. All MNC's want our money and they give us Indian service. Will some one in the higher order look into this ? No exchange, No prompt service , no replacement . We have Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, IFB and each and every thing we have quite an experience. Butterfly Gas Stove — Got 3b blaze model gas stove- absolutely useless.
I got this stove 3 months back. the burners are not functioning properly. I called service, they attended and said dust in to filters. but not worth money. safety issue?? I think there should be some standards - ISI.
