I am a customer of your product "GRINDER Butterfly Matchless Pro". we are facing issues, Grinding is very slow. And it is under Warranty. So we called up customer care ([protected]) and booked
a compliant on[protected]. compliant no is B[protected]. A person came and did a check and informed us that they need to change the stones and handle. And he confirmed that it is under warranty and will get a free service. But without fixing the issue, they simply closed the ticket by next day itself[protected].
While we follow up they said your complaint is closed and asked to raise another complaint. Again, we registered another complaint on[protected] and the # is B[protected].Again they closed the ticket without fixing the issue.
Third time we raised one more complaint and the # is B[protected]. Another person came and he took the handle, and he shared set of contact numbers of velachery service center(Thyagarajan - [protected], Habib - [protected]). But it is almost a month now, they haven't replaced the parts. And we are not able to run the grinder without handle.
When we enquire everyday, we are getting response like we will come and fix the handle by next day and got the response that the stones are not under warranty, whereas there is no such terms in warranty card. when we bought the product, it is a 5 year warranty product. it is almost 2 months now. This is a worst service I have ever seen and ends up with frustration. I Think they are trying to extend till the warranty closes, which is of this year end.
With lots of Hope we bought this Product. But only ends up with frustration. With all these experiences, we lost hope in Butterfly products. We never ever like to recommend this product to anyone. And even we never like to buy Butterfly Products hereafter.
As per the warranty card, I need the stones and handles to be replaced ASAP. Kindly help.

I wish to escalate a complaint regarding the Butterfly Gas stove. I have purchased 3 B automatic gas stoves on 21 sep 18 from Murugan Steel Centre shop No 9 Juhi Garden Plot No.8 Sector.7 Kamothe Navi Mumbai vide invoice no 3094 dated 21 .09.18. From the beginning onwards the left burner and subsequently the small was not functioning properly, a couple of times with the ibid shop and your technician used to visit and repair it. Now the right side burner has not been working for the last one year and some months. From Jan 20 onwards your representative did not attend the complaint at home due to a pandemic situation.
This complaint has raised awareness of the gas consumption has increased with 20 TO 25% from the day I purchase as I have to crank 4 to 5 times every time. Each crank gas is emitted and becomes worst. In this regard, the matter was discussed with your representative who was visited in the last week of Nov 2020. He committed that he will take up with the company as there is a gap between gas emitting point and spark and will be getting a call from the company within 10 days in this regard. Whereas so far I didn't receive any communication from your end.
