I am a customer of your product "GRINDER Butterfly Matchless Pro". we are facing issues, Grinding is very slow. And it is under Warranty. So we called up customer care ([protected]) and booked
a compliant on[protected]. compliant no is B[protected]. A person came and did a check and informed us that they need to change the stones and handle. And he confirmed that it is under warranty and will get a free service. But without fixing the issue, they simply closed the ticket by next day itself[protected].
While we follow up they said your complaint is closed and asked to raise another complaint. Again, we registered another complaint on[protected] and the # is B[protected].Again they closed the ticket without fixing the issue.
Third time we raised one more complaint and the # is B[protected]. Another person came and he took the handle, and he shared set of contact numbers of velachery service center(Thyagarajan - [protected], Habib - [protected]). But it is almost a month now, they haven't replaced the parts. And we are not able to run the grinder without handle.
When we enquire everyday, we are getting response like we will come and fix the handle by next day and got the response that the stones are not under warranty, whereas there is no such terms in warranty card. when we bought the product, it is a 5 year warranty product. it is almost 2 months now. This is a worst service I have ever seen and ends up with frustration. I Think they are trying to extend till the warranty closes, which is of this year end.
With lots of Hope we bought this Product. But only ends up with frustration. With all these experiences, we lost hope in Butterfly products. We never ever like to recommend this product to anyone. And even we never like to buy Butterfly Products hereafter.
As per the warranty card, I need the stones and handles to be replaced ASAP. Kindly help.

We had ordered the pressure cooker and received the same through Flipkart yesterday.
Today morning started cooking and it had blasted suddenly and damaged the gas stove and the kitchen area.
We gave the first Aid to the servant immediately who cooked the food and her face and hand was burned. As per the verification from you team and we had found our loss for below:
Prestige glass top stove 3 burner damaged and not working
Exhaust fan damaged
Kitchen sealing and wall was damaged.
Need to rectify and replace or compensate the same. Moreover the housemaid also suffered with minor injuries.
My daughter is 3 year old and my mother is a cancer patient. We had called the call center multiple time to rectify our issue and they promise to send the technician to repair our glass stove. Later on one Mr.Prakash called and explained the incident and asked him to replace the stove so that at least I can prepare the food for my daughter and the family. During conversation he was very rude and ignored my requirements. We had ordered the food from outside today due to non working of the gas stoves related to the pressure cooker blast. Need immediate attention for our requirements other wise I have to knock the Judicial door/Media for further action.
