I bought the wet grinder on July 2019, initially it was grinding well but lately neither the dal Or the rice grinds properly. I always grind them separately but some portion of dal doesn't grind at all, I have to coarsely grind fenugreek and soya seeds in a mixer before adding to the grinder. I request you to solve this issue and provide me with some suggestion.

      I purchased a butterfly four burner Gas stove last year month of May now that Gas stove has gas leakage problem I tried to contact butterfly customer service but no one can not respond please resolve my problem.

                We had purchased butterfly matchless, three burner gas stove. From krishna stores Perambur on 24.8.2020. to our grief, We have till date registered 3 complains in the newly purchased gas stove.

                We have requested for a replacement immediately after purchase on 25th Aug 2020. ( the medium size burner has blocks)

                The technician promised we will not have such issues in future.

                Its truely shocking to know that the brand like butterfly has less regard for its customers.

                  I have purchased the above stove from the dealer Surya Super Bazar Chalakudy 680307 trichur dt kerala on 15th dec.2020.After connection only orange flame and bottom of the vessels with charcoaland no blue flame.your representative said it is manufacturing defect and use only low flame. that is not practiable. when contact dealer said if you return it and they will keep in their shop.If the compnay takes it, we will a new one.

                  can replace it with a one one. awaiating you reply as early as possible. thanking you in anticipation

                    We purchased butterfly mixer grinder from flipkart. After purchase immediately after 30 days it is not working. We complained and some one came to our home and fixed. Now again it is not working after 15 days. We called them so may times but no response. We are trying from last 2 months. If it is like this we won't purchase and recommend butterfly products any more

                      Within a year my mixer grinder not working, i have given to the Annanagar ( iyappan Temple) chennai servce centre, Service reference No.2168/09-12.2020, till date no response and even i spoke to some of your stores people also, no response for the same. even for changing the motor in the mixer take this much time, other products we cant imagine the same.

                          I have bought grinder on March 2020, after using one month I hand problem of noise.
                          And gave for service at Velachery butterfly service center. And they dint service until December 2020, after calling multiple time they returned product even without opening.
                          Still facing same issue, I have Totally used for only one month.
                          And they closed they service ticket without any action.

                            We had ordered the pressure cooker and received the same through Flipkart yesterday.
                            Today morning started cooking and it had blasted suddenly and damaged the gas stove and the kitchen area.
                            We gave the first Aid to the servant immediately who cooked the food and her face and hand was burned. As per the verification from you team and we had found our loss for below:

                            Good Morning,

                            I am a customer of your product "GRINDER Butterfly Matchless Pro". we are facing issues, Grinding is very slow. And it is under Warranty. So we called up customer care ([protected]) and booked
                            a compliant on[protected]. compliant no is B[protected]. A person came and did a check and informed us that they need to change the stones and handle. And he confirmed that it is under warranty and will get a free service. But without fixing the issue, they simply closed the ticket by next day itself[protected].

                            While we follow up they said your complaint is closed and asked to raise another complaint. Again, we registered another complaint on[protected] and the # is B[protected].Again they closed the ticket without fixing the issue.

                            Third time we raised one more complaint and the # is B[protected]. Another person came and he took the handle, and he shared set of contact numbers of velachery service center(Thyagarajan - [protected], Habib - [protected]). But it is almost a month now, they haven't replaced the parts. And we are not able to run the grinder without handle.

                            When we enquire everyday, we are getting response like we will come and fix the handle by next day and got the response that the stones are not under warranty, whereas there is no such terms in warranty card. when we bought the product, it is a 5 year warranty product. it is almost 2 months now. This is a worst service I have ever seen and ends up with frustration. I Think they are trying to extend till the warranty closes, which is of this year end.

                            With lots of Hope we bought this Product. But only ends up with frustration. With all these experiences, we lost hope in Butterfly products. We never ever like to recommend this product to anyone. And even we never like to buy Butterfly Products hereafter.

                            As per the warranty card, I need the stones and handles to be replaced ASAP. Kindly help.

                                  Hi All,

                                  I recently purchased a Butterfly stainless steel two burner gas stove on 07/11/2020 from Butterfly Annanagar showroom. Day 1 onwards the big burner was burning “Orange/ yellow” flame, and the vessels very getting black and the small burner was making sound on reducing fully.
                                  Complaint 1 :I raised my first complaint through butterfly customer desk on Nov 10/2020. An engineer came and changes the jet and went away.
                                  Complaint 2: Issue was persisting. Raised the next complaint on Nov 19 2020. On 20th Nov 2020 a guy came and changes the jet again and left. Now the gas started to leak from the big burner. A new problem added to the existing one.
                                  Complaint 3: Nov 23 2020, yet another complaint was raised. NO ONE TURNED UP TILL 26th Nov 2020. My wife was not using the gas stove as we feared it might burst. After much escalation an engineer turned up on 27/11/2020 and accepted that the previous guy did a stupid job, and this person changed what all that was needed to be changed and left.
                                  The original problem still persisted.(Engineer is Vijaykumar)
                                  Complaint 4: Raised another complaint immediately the next day on 28/11/2020. No response till 30/11/2020. Tried reaching Vijaykumar no response. Again after speaking to Dinesh no response. Then after 10 phones a guy came and reduced the intensity of the gas passing through the big burner and told us to change the cylinder and regulator. We have been treated with utmost undiligent manners. Even an uneducated person knows the science of LPG gas stove. Escalated the same to Shanmugam ( told us he was the service manager), This Shanmugam spoke to us and was not ready to accept the problem. Rather was rattling that he has done everything possible and will send a person further to look into this. We never shared the happy code of this complaint as we were not happy with the service. BUT THIS SHANMUGAM CLOSED THE COMPLAINT WITH OUT OUR CONCERN AS OF 28/11/2020.

                                  Am assuming somebody at leadership level is looking at this issue closely. My humble request is to change the gas stove with a new one as the problem is persisting in spite of all the fixes.

                                  I wish to escalate a complaint regarding the Butterfly Gas stove. I have purchased 3 B automatic gas stoves on 21 sep 18 from Murugan Steel Centre shop No 9 Juhi Garden Plot No.8 Sector.7 Kamothe Navi Mumbai vide invoice no 3094 dated 21 .09.18. From the beginning onwards the left burner and subsequently the small was not functioning properly, a couple of times with the ibid shop and your technician used to visit and repair it. Now the right side burner has not been working for the last one year and some months. From Jan 20 onwards your representative did not attend the complaint at home due to a pandemic situation.

                                  This complaint has raised awareness of the gas consumption has increased with 20 TO 25% from the day I purchase as I have to crank 4 to 5 times every time. Each crank gas is emitted and becomes worst. In this regard, the matter was discussed with your representative who was visited in the last week of Nov 2020. He committed that he will take up with the company as there is a gap between gas emitting point and spark and will be getting a call from the company within 10 days in this regard. Whereas so far I didn't receive any communication from your end.

                                  Awaiting fruitful positive and prompt reply.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have raised 5 complaints so far in last 2 months where 3 being in a weeks time for butterfly matchless pro 2l wet grinder. The issue identified last 2 times by the serviceman was on the grinder belt not functioning. Today also grinder stopped the same way like last 2 times while running. Very poor service and the way the area manager respond is not at all helpful no proper response no solution but just i am getting frustrated highly with the issues and complaints.

                                    I have already requested for replacement to the area manager but no response. Very poor support.

                                    Request you to consider this on priority and provide a new replacement product.

                                    Being in a corona world making things at home is the safest way but breakage during such situation s that too with very poor service and response is of no useand troublesome.
