Dear team,

I have raised 5 complaints so far in last 2 months where 3 being in a weeks time for butterfly matchless pro 2l wet grinder. The issue identified last 2 times by the serviceman was on the grinder belt not functioning. Today also grinder stopped the same way like last 2 times while running. Very poor service and the way the area manager respond is not at all helpful no proper response no solution but just i am getting frustrated highly with the issues and complaints.

I have already requested for replacement to the area manager but no response. Very poor support.

Request you to consider this on priority and provide a new replacement product.

Being in a corona world making things at home is the safest way but breakage during such situation s that too with very poor service and response is of no useand troublesome.

Please do the needful.

The wheel of the grinder is broken can't use even one time

Mixer grinder is not working due to motor failure

I have bought a Butterfly Cyclone MIxer Grinder on on 26th September 2020 from Pittapilly agencies, Chalakudy. Product is not having any performance. The jars are not mixing the items and not grinding the items correctly. Also the butterfly brand name on the red color mixer is getting fade and last letter Y has disappeared totally. As the brand name disappering is making me suspicious whether the product is original or not.
So I kindly request you to look in this issue and provide a solution or a correct replacement

Mixer grinder is not working constantly. I brought this mixi 16/10/2020 .Today itself it is not working .

I i'll buy mixer grinder on 30.06.2020.
Am facing issue (When i switch on that mixer grinder. Armixer motor not start) but some time it will work. From and till date 22.09.2020 not working properly. So kindly gave that armixer replacement.

Gas stove problem sir service request

Dear sir,

Myself kumar m m from karkala. 6 months back we purchased butterfly tawa from sravan electronic from karkala on warranty condition. Now it is not in same condition. Yesterday i went to sravan electronic and ask them to replace but he is not ready to replace butterfly tawa as confirmed by buterfly customer customer care agent. Please look in to matter and do the needful.

I purchased table top grinder in vasanth and co porur branch. It complete one year of purchased date and two months before grinder is not working.

We bought butterfly curve on 25th jan 2020 the stainless steel pressure cooker. On 26th i thought o[censored]sing for making rice and i know the procedure of cooking in pressure cooker but this item is damaged item and the whistle is not coming after some time i was waiting and finally i lifted the whistle then 1st whistle came by my physical appearance then waiting for 2nd whistle which never turned out and completely the rice inside was burnt and it smelled outside as if it burnt complete home. As u said it is stain less steel it is not at all good one. And there was a little damage in handle too but i neglected it but now i think this is useless product and i wasted my money completely.

I had purchased this gas stove a few months ago. 3 weeks before i repaired one of the burners which was not working at all. After a few days later both of the two burners got the same problem and are not working. Right now i am confused to do anything. Please take any action in this regard. Sir please replace the gas stove or please give me refund for this product. Hoping you will take necessary action in this problem.

This is the second time im complaining had purchased a butterfly mixie on 21st sept 2019. Used it only once and its not working. Requested, called and tried contacting with all the help but no response from anybody. I need the refund of the product because i think 3 months is quite a lot of time for giving a solution to the customer. Moreover its surprising that the grievances numbers also don't work. Pathetic. I purchased 1 butterfly wet grinder model matchless plus at sabari electronics
Doddaballapur on 25/08/2019 wide bill no se/19-20/375 we want to use the same on 28/08/2019, we facing problem grinder lock broken. So pl replace the
Same as soon as possible. We cannot use the grinder due to damage of the
Grionder. Top cap centre one part that will help to close the stone stand that was broken so we are not able to close the cap. Pl send any person to replace the same.
