I have ordered some parts for my bike Bajaj Avenger 220 on 8th Jan 2022, till now i haven't received my order, after sending lot of emails on their support email id ([protected]@99rpm.com) they have not replied on a single email, and their is not any customer care no is provided, 99rpm is a fraud company they are looting innocent people money please take a necessary action against them as soon as possible

I ordered punto headlamps on 15th November 2021 and accidently ordered it twice with them. I cancled one with them next day and recieved the other order on 27th November. I haven't recieved any refund from my cancled order and they don't even communicate on emails now. No response at all.

My order no is[protected]Total Cost- 5582.00). 1x Shock Absorber Rear (K11) JF122000 (Rear Suspension set) is missing from my package which is so much important for me and also costlier among all products ordered. Missing product cost 3100 apprx. (with delivery). Package delivery also too late with missing product. I have mailed several times in [protected]@99rpm.com but no response. Kindly look into the matter.

Iam trying to contact for cancellation almost every day. But there is no response. Its 20 days since the order was placed. Item has not been dispatched nor they are replying for my refund

I have ordered back mud guard of my RS 200 its been a 2 months i dindn't get any email or call from 99 rpm, I thought its a good web site for bajaj parts...

I placed order in the month of August but yet I haven't received any response from the seller nor i find there contract number please someone help me i paid 2500 for the order but no response.

I had ordered parts from this site before April 2021. I have got only one part. The remaining 2 parts are not yet delivered. And its been so long. The sales teams has not reverted to my multiple emails. Theres not contact number on which calls could be made. The refund also is not getting initiated

Please take necessary actions

30 days have passed since the payment, but the relevant goods have not been received to me . Please get the goods to me as soon as possible.
if the product not deliver within 7 days, so return my money.

I ordered a bajaj pulsar 180 UG4 BS3 cylinder head and few parts which I paid through card. I received an automated mail that says the parcel has been dispatched and shipped through India Post Parcel but no details is available on India post with the tracking number I received and now I cant reach 99rpm coz the customer support email is not working.

I have ordered three items from 99rpm on 30th jun 2021. But bow i want to cancel that order and i jad send an email to cancel thise orders. Till now no response.

I have ordered front visor for my BIKE BAJAJ Pulsar 135 LS on dated[protected] and the amount i have paid Rs. 507, but my product didn't dispatch till date. Now i have purchased my product from another service dealer. i want my money back.

I have ordered product on 8-th June and paid 751/- for parts and 260/- just for the delivery. Today even after 8 days there has been no update of all parts availability.
I even shot email to [protected]@99rpm.com but no reply received after 2 consecutive days. I lost my 1000/- but will request all of you never to buy from this site.

I ordered some parts for my bike on 5th of June . They clearly said it would take 4-6 days to dispatch the product . Today is 13th and it hasn't processed yet, plus they say one of the product are in backorder and it would take atleast 5-25 days to clear . For that one part i have to wait for a month?? Their customer service is the worse ever . They won't reply to your mails and I can't cancel or refund the order it's a disaster . If anyone of you want to consider purchasing from 99rpm, don't . Just don't do it
