I have ordered a fridge from olx as thought olx is a trusted ambassador.
One I receive this fridge saying 2 years of warranty from AF metro home appliances I thought this would be a good deal.
This fridge didn’t started from 2nd day. I keep calling to send technician and they use to delay sir I will send another day and all. Now it’s been 20 days they are not receiving the call and I cannot go to that address...

I have came trough this dealer A F metro support through OLX, and brought Kenstar fridge and LG washing machine and oven.
when it got delivered the delivery person said do not open the packing because in transport the gas has been disturbed.
When I opened the fridge after 3hrs it doesn't has any shelf, vegetable box lid is missing, freezer gate is missing.
Washing machine sensors doesn't work .br...

We ordered a washing machine and fridge on 5/13/2019 from a dealer named af metro home appliances situated in bangalore. Through OLX
LG washing machine | 6.2 kg and Kenstar fridge
The company guaranteed 3 year warrantee on the products.
After one day washing machine never worked and same with the Fridge
Now calling them repeatedly day after day, requesting them to provide their promised service.....

In january i bought a fridge seeing their ad on olx but it turned out to be faulty and now these guys are not responding at all. Since last two months they keep on saying that today i will pick it up or give me some other date but not happening till now. Neither they talk nicely to their customers.
Made a big mistake trusting on them. Since last two months i am trusting on them but it's enough. Requesting this forum to help...
