I purchased an Activa Fan from Flipkart on 28 March 2026. The first fan received was damaged, so I requested a replacement. The replacement fan was delivered on 21 April 2026, but it had issues as the fan gets stuck while rotating and the remote control does not work.

I Have tried so many times but no reply from activa home appliances

Recently I have purchases water geyser and the same has manufacturing defects. The geyser had sparks twice which harmed one of my members too. I have requested the company to take it back and issue refund or replace it with a new one as it has 5 years warranty. Despite that the company is not responding to any of my requests. I need a total compensation of the price of the product.

Dear friends don't buy activa company products it's totally fraud .No replacement, No product service, No customers care number, i try to contact many activa customercare number it's no response.
