I have made a bulk order for my organisation, i paid the required advance amount a day before and at the time to pick up my order i have spoken with an employee in the billing & cash counter in order to pay the remaining amount. When i am asking him that he is saying like contact the person whom you gave order i am not responsible for your order. I said to him you are an employee here if you are not the right person ask your supervisor or manager whomever is responsible for this and direct him to me but he is saying this is not important to me if you want food you contact manager or supervisor and tell him i dont know about that. Again i told him sir your are an employee who knows about the hotel please call the concerned person and let me pay the amount and take my order but he left the place behaving like i am not there. This behaviour of an employee in the hotel affects a customer, kindly take action regarding this.

    The quality of milk pent is not good also if put the mixture to milk and. Added sugar for taste, its come like. Paste, i am very much disopenmentis,
    Also for big organisations they must how to prepare guide to mentioned in the covers nothings available,
    We needed the money to be returned.

      Please assume this as an advice rather not a complaint. I went to a2b restaurant to purchase sweets during diwali occasion to present as a compliments for my clients. My clients are considerably in high position in the government and other private firms. The sweets are outstanding and excellent in taste, no doubt, but the boxes they provide to pack the sweets are ver cheap in quality. The boxes doesn’t looks attractive and presenting. I was ready pay the extra cost more than whatever it is to get the sweets packed in a better way, but i was not carried out with what i expected. I believe a2b is popular throughout tamil nadu and overseas too, i am really concerned about your brand would get spoiled by presenting the cheap boxes to the customers. I kindly advice you to change the way of you presenting strategies in order to sustain your reputation in future. Thanks.

        I went to adyar anandha bhavan porur branch and there many servers standing simply without doing any work. I enquired this to manager mr. Saravanan and raised a complaint to customer care but no action. The manager is calling me psyco before 100 people and asking me to get out of the hotel for asking questions. I raised the incident to compliant manager but his behavior is also bad.
        14th Mar 2020 9.30pm we had food at a2b Adyar signal and we found a cockroach in noodles.

          I tried for home delivery from adyar ananda bhavan chennai home delivery number and was put on hold for hours without anyone trying to answer it. I was dismayed and disillusioned for the apathy shown to customer service by a2b. It is a mockery and chagrin to claim that you do customer service but not sticking onto it. Aghast to say the least as to how one been put to discomfort by patiently expecting someone to answer

            When i am opened today to share with my family, i get shocked that it's get spoiled. Even it was manufactured only on 17th oct and it's valid upto 3 months. Our stomach spoiled.

            Kindly avoid such things to avoid your reputation and also don't spoil your customer's health.

              We had purchased sweets from adyar anand shop from mysuru, which is located outside the railway station on october 24, 2018 at 06.32 pm.

              On the counter suresh h. P was billing. We gave him rs. 200 note as the billing was for rs. 96. He returned just rs 4 back instead of returning us rs. 104, and argued that we had given him rs 100. When we requested to check camera recordings they did not agree to check the recordings and started giving fake reasons for not checking the recordings. We also insisted to tally cash for which also they did not agree. I am adding picture of the person who did the billing along with the bill.

              Immediately after this similar thing happened with other customer as well.
              Strict action should be taken against the manager as well as the people on the counter.

              In addition to this the balance money should be refunded.

                I am regular visitor of a2b chromepet since 2007. For the past few yrs we noticed that when we were waited by a person called poornachandran (I got his name only today from other waiters
                ) there would be unusual delay or he would take the order twice and delay service even more. So we never sat in tables where he was serving even at those times he would snatch the chutney vessels from our waiter at the pretext of serving somebody else.
                So we started visiting balaji bhavan where food is just ok but excellent service.
                Today after 2 yrs we visited a2bchrompet for lunch and unfortunately was serviced by poornachandran the boy called him serrvice anna and asked him take order but none was taken. After complaining to supervisor our soup arrived after 20 minutes! This is very unpleasant experience.

                  I bought some sweets from bannerghata road a2b. One box of sweet alone 900rs. I bought on thursday. Friday morning i went to relative home and opened the sweets. All the sweet got fungus on top with very bad smell. Great disappointed and very guilty situation for me. A2b don't do robbery from ppl. Have a heart and try to be little honesty at least. Hell sweet shop a2b. If you want to kill anyone you can buy and give this shop sweets.

                    Went to adayar anada bhavan, chrompet, ordered pongal & vada, dissatisfied with the way they serve to the customer who is looking for self service and the worst came when i was having the vada, something stuck in my mouth, found it was a nail, guess measuring about 1 cm. Complained to the person in-charge, he said sorry i will give you new vada. What if i had this nail. I cant imagine the effects after that.

                    Advice to management, please ensure the safety of customer who comes and have food. Whoever makes food should think of safety of customer (Understand its very easy to be unnoticed), but that in the hands of management.
                    Ordered Pav bhaji and mini meals at Adyar anadha Bhavan, Pondy Bazaar, chennai, found an insect in the Pav (shabji). Unhygienic and not worth the money. The satff reply with a sorry for this, I feel a big franchise or chain of restaurants like A2B must be extra cautious and hygienic.

                      Today i had been to adyar anandha bhavan triplicane branch today (30.12.17) at 9.45 a. M. To buy bayam halwa. There were nearly 4 people were there to give service in the counter. Outside the counter there were two customers including me. I. Was begging (!) literally to attend and give badam halwa. But each one is showing hand towards other and not attending me. I nearly waited for 15 minutes and left without buying because of the extremely poor service. I bought it elsewhere. I request the authorities to instruct them to attend the customers and stop playing inside the counter. Thankyou.

                        S titto, chennai [protected], today morning for my breakfast i order two puri set for me and my friend in vikravandi a2b resutrant near toll fee, server name narayan brings puri set in our table and gone, after we seeing plate there is no masala with puri, then we called he going here and there no reponse, finally after 18 minute's we asked him bring masala for puri he said no masala for puri. He asked to pay full amount for puri masala set, i refused to pay for puri set as while ordering mentioned as puriwith masala then. How i can pay for that, he called co staff and threat me to pay,, then i asked call your manager, they said we only manging now there is no manager, you can rise complaint in our hotel complaint book, the compliant is 192 pages note, i written complaint with bill no. Ob noctr132/109191 dt:24/12/2017 time 10.11.01 am-waiter narayan table 25 a captain divya. As i am not interested o pay amount without puri masala, so i request to refund my amount for the puri set. For example if i order masala dosai and pay for plain dosai will you accept???. Bill amount rs.373/-hotel addressmundipakkamx road
                        We had meals from Adyar Ananda Bhavan, malleswaram, bangalore. Ordered north indian meal and south indian meal and got severe diarrhea. Food was tasty and very spicy only to get severe diarrhea later. This is the second time it is happening. Last time ordered ghee sweets and which tasted very old. Rava idli was not cooked well. Be careful!

                          I have been to many a2b outlet in bangalore and chennai... On 26/06/2017 i have visited the perambur a2b for lunch around 3.15pm with my family though there no crowd in hotel they denied to sit in the table of 6. Since they want the clean... When we went family for lunch. We are much disappointed with way we are treated... The person in meron shirt named sankar started speaking about us with lady co-worker... It was embarsing for me. Even though the we had food for rs.1311.

                            I bought few snacks from Adyar Anand Bhawan, Bellary Road, Ganga Nagar, RT Nagar - 560032. My card was swiped twice. Even after telling the salesman that I had already paid, I was made to swipe my card again. They said if there is a problem, the transaction would be reversed and would reflect in my account in 24 hours but nothing has been reversed. Please help me with the same.

                              Today at ooty in a to b we had our lunch in that gravy a dragon fly was founded in that gravy we have a complaint with video and given a written complaint to the manger

                              I got giďdness and irratation due to that so i had given a complaint to good court and health in good corportion
                              The manager hesitated to give the bill even we paid the amount
                              Videos as bern updated in this complaint
                              With jmages and bill
                              Presence of Dragon Fly in gravy leading to food poisoning is a serious issue. Advised to give complaint to Nilgris District Designated Officer (Food Safety) with the evidences you have.

                                Hi I had been HSR layout branch of A2B it as spoiler its name here I took Akki roti it had cockroach smell in it people never bother about customer health also pethatic place we told the supervisor but he told to change it for any other thing I took idle but the sambar was not good the taste is also spoiler.You will lose your brand name if it continues
                                It is the responsibility of A2B to follow Good Hygienic Practices and keep their premises Pest free. But the complaint by the consumer by a reputed Food Business Operator is a serious one and doubt whether Pest Management practices are followed there.
                                Consumer can file a complaint with District Designated Officer (Food Safety ) Bengaluru for taking regulatory action .

                                  Today (14 May 2016) I went to Adyar Ananda Bhavan at Porur with my children and relative children. We ordered for 2 Bhel Puri, 1 Samosa Chenna and 1 Coffee without Sugar. We were sitting in Table 13. The waiter brought Samosa Chenna, but we could not find Samosa in it. When we asked the waiter, she said Samosa is finished and hence she changed the order herself. We told we cannot accept that and returned the item and asked Bhel Puri instead of Samosa Chenna. Then she brought Bhel puri, which was not prepared properly. It did not contain potato and there was no tomatto and not even mango pieces. Instead there was lot of "Sugar Syrup". When i made complaint, they said you can complaint through online only and there is no provision to accept in Restaurant. Finally She brought Coffee with pre-mixed Sugar and she said please adjust. I was totally fed-up and decided not to go there ever. Bill copy attached,

At t sweet counter I waited for a longer time but ty attended t people who came behind n looks little posh. Very funny. I got anger n asked t reason n ty answered rudely yes ty r attending I shouted n left t shop without buying sweets. Felt very disappointed.

                                    Adhar ananda Bhavan is a big cheating hotel which fools people by telling that high quality veg food. Charges are very high and the quantity of the food is no where in comparison of the Price. For mini meals and mini tiffin they charge around 80 rupees and the quantity of the food they serve is quarter in the spoons what they use to measure food to put on the plate. Just eating customer money and no fair at all.
                                    I have purchased one bottle of mor kuzhamboo paste on 1st Nov at aab chrompet Chennai. Today I opened for usage. Observed off taste with more salt content.
                                    The b.no is 93241MK, 24th sep 16. Since I stay for a project in Hyderabad I will come to Chennai on 12th Dec only.kindly suggest.
                                    Todah at ooty in a to b we had our lunch in that poison dragon fly founded in that gravy and i got giddyness and irritation no proper response from the hotel managmrnt when the complaint as given
                                    No ptoprr service and if had given a written complaknt in that hostel video and photo with complaint ad been submitted in food court

                                      I had breakfast at Adayar Anand Bhavan at Bannerughatta road. To my surprise, i found cockroach in the pongal that i ordered. I showed it to the manager there and as usual he was sorry for the same. But the branch manager ran away and did not even talk to me. I told them to stop serving Pongal to other customers and not sure if they really stopped. This is really pathetic and adding salt to injure, the branch head did not even come and apologized to me. I compalined to their custoerm service as well and not sure what action will be taken. I strongly recommend others not to visit their branch at Bannerughatta road. Ravindra
