I was charged unfairly by taxi driver, for a distance of 51km i was charged 3160, i conformed before riding that total charge was to be 2000 plus toll which is 110

On 17th Aug, I used Airport taxi service.

I have a very bad experience, at a speed of 100 KM/HR driver dozed off and we would have bagged right into a heavy vehicle ahead o[censored]s, If I had not give a shout out at the right time.

Negligence from the driver continued he was on phone for some time and later and user the navigation maps while having the phone on his lap. Driver did not have his eyes on the road so speed breaker went unnoticed and bumpy ride continued throughout. It could have been avoided, if the driver had a phone holder to use navigation maps.

Please action as such negligent drivers can be dangerous.

I missed my flight just because of delayed of cab driver, I booked the cab at 4:30 AM and cab reached to me at 5 AM and and I missed my flight just for 10 min. I tried to complaint against this to the company they didn't respond properly after submitting the call record screen shot also. Green arrow is i called to Blue arrow is i received called from.
