A shippman of Amazan ( Ecom Express ) came to my door and collect the OTP sent by Ecom Express from me and flew away without delivering my pre-paid Ordered packet. Unfortunately. I could not catch him. Now I am at puzzle what should I do now ?...

Hello indian bank team,
I ordered a product on amazon and paid through debit card, i cancelled the order within 5min due to some reason. And amazon sent me refund ref no, i went to the bank and asked them to credit my money, but they said me to register complaint on online... Poor customer service...
