I have placed oder fo commodity BL-2607 pink.
I'm not satisfied with the product and I need to return the product.
I had placed the oder through instagram iconfashion9919 now I don't even know how to return this I had tried contacting the instagram page and customer care number mentioned on the oder as well.. But none is responding... Kindly please let me know the procedure to return....

I have ordered a hand bag of jimmy choo with combo of seven pieces. The picture they have shown is completely different size, colour, combos even the company everything is different. Then i talked on given number they said it is mistakenly sent you wrong order we will exchange it within four five days now one week is passed on, now i am trying the same number to ask them they are not picking up my phone and the seller miss nancy from ghaziabad...

I have order the product on 25 mar 2021 and i have received the product on 31 mar 2021. After receiving the product it is very difrrent from as shown at the time of ordering the product. I have called the responsible person and he told that your refund will be given within 7 days after delivering the product. I had also called so many times but that person don't respond at all. On 07 apr 2021 i got the message that u will get your refund...

Don’t buy from here as their products are v different from what they show in pictures. Neither they will refund your money nor exchange...

Hi Team, I am placed the order Bag (FBG-02)PINK. As on date 11th March 2021, and received the courier 14th March 2021, when i opened the packet the item is wrong inside the packet. that day I am calling to customer care department of Anix Mart no call is attending and no number of delivery boy is being found. I purchased a readyto wear saree in musturd yellow colour.they charged me 1895 /- for that...they delivered a simple peach colour saree & Just after Delivereing wrong dress they stop attending calls..

The payment was done to a contact named Tejaswini Behera..even she is not attending...

But when we checked the packet the dress was not matching which we ordered from him, now he is not refunding the amount.

Dear Anix mart, I order a saree from your mart via contacting Facebook seller page . He delivered the saree next day and I paid a rs 2200 to him. But when we checked the packet the Saree was not matching which we ordered from him, now he is not refunding the amount . The fraud seller is not answering calls too....

The item shown in the catalogue is totally different from the item delivered. They don't pick up the phone and return is not available .but at the time of payment they ensured me of return policies. The account to which google payment was done is not denied by a person telling that it is his own number and no money was been transferred to that account. I still have the receipt of payment.totally fraud company. Beware of it...

I have send another bag to order but there you send a different bag and that bag quality is were bad so please refund my order and I am trying your phone number but you didn't receive the call I have complained on 10 days ago and you say 7 day my worker and collect the your order but on and come and 10 ago so refund my cash...

Product shown in messenger was different bags and I ordered a different colour but the parcel arived with white colour and very cheap bags though 6 pcs but total different than what it was shown in the picture.
