I ordered and paid through Paytm ₹1299/- for the one plus bluetooth combo offer, I can't able to trace the order bcoz I didn't receive any mail....

Onepuls blueth head phones order...

The assured kart showed me JBL flip 3 speaker with earbuds in rs 1799 and via online payment 1439rs and I paid throw online .
However later I opened parcel there was n cheap and fake parcel without earbuds and I already complaint in consumer and also throw which I got this parcel .
I want my money back . Please work on my problem 🙏...

When i am watching u tube i had saw the add one plus blue tooth i had ordered and payment done through debit card i didnt received any email and tracking also some one called from customer care sipporg u r order cancelled due to technical error so il send link click ok and u r money will ger refund

Order that I placed was showing bluetooth JBL speaker and JBL Bluetooth earbuds... however order that i received contains only speaker of some company whose name I have never heard. I want my original order. Their contact number is also going off. I request you to file a complaint against them and help me to get my money back....

Got only head phones, but didnt receive the wireless bluetooth ear buds as promised.

Also as mentioned in specifications and image, its not SONY brand.

Dont believe this site and getting cheated.

If I m not getting the mentioned blue tooth, i will file a case in consumer forum for sure. Waiting for the company's response....

But There is no brand name of JBL on the portable speaker which I just now received & the TWS mini Earpod in the actual combo deal is completely missing.
I need a replacement with the correct product as ordered or a complete refund....

I am order oneplus blutooth headphone but didnot recieve anything, i want my money refund, When I called customer care, they said that what they want to do will not be refund, They were asking my bank personal details,...

When i am using youtube, i saw an advertisment of product of assured kart in 1199 rs with one jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker and tws mini earpods free with the speakers then i ordered them on 1 december 2020 at 6:34 AM and payment done through upi, then message came of order placed with ordered it [protected] .
After one day, shipped message came from assured kart and my ordered is shipped from blue dart having tracking no. is [protected].then...
