I raised a genuine complaint via Atomberg’s official WhatsApp support chat. Within 15 minutes, I got a call from a scammer pretending to be from Atomberg. He had my full name, mobile number, address, product complaint details, and even the official reference number from the chat — all of which I had entered in Atomberg’s verified WhatsApp support.

The scammer demanded ₹1300 as a service charge, claiming...

I placed a fan order from atomberg wepside on 29/05/2023 and i have paid from (axio ) also but my order is not confirmed yet.

Fan model - name - Renesa ceiling fan
Colour - Brown and black
Size - 1200 mm
My problem is not solved then
I will complain against Atomberg company in consumer court....

I bought 4 sets of fan canopy. But only 1 was delivered.
I sent numerous emails, but no response....

I had bought 4 effico fans from the companies website on 4th of june, first of all issue was the order came in two halves and that was very inconvenient for me as well as after i received the order the performance of the fan was not satisfactory and the service for customer is reaaly poor, so i decided to return the fans and i asked for return on 11th of june even the pick up for the return arrived after 6 days thats on 17th of june, and...

I brought a pedestal from the Flipkart that company is atomberg renessa 400mm, i got open box delivery but that delivery was taken by old men of my family he didn't know about anything just verified the details with delivery agent but after that a small piece rod will be missing from pakage i asked Flipkart they didn't respond nothing but i asked help from atomberg via chat but they said they didn't provide that rod on this year i also asked for that rod buying options they said no, then why they have put that option in box front and make fan rod for converting option isn't fair i want that piece because i brought this for my mother she used for table fan i working faraway from my mother i will use that as a pedestal once i cam to my home that is choice i made when i buy that fan but its now totally waste and i got scammed

I ordered atomberg Renesa Smart + 1200mm (Earth Brown) on 23rd May and this fan has already went down 3rd time in a time frame for 2 months.

for the recent issue where this fan stopped working i raised a complaint on 27th June with complaint number as [protected]. no technician has visited so far and neither the issue is fixed. All efforts of following with customer care are in vain.

Kindly get this product replaced as soon as possible as this is a faulty product.
