Last 8nov2023 I order formal shoes nd today 15jan2024 I received sport shoes so my complain is wrong product Delivered to attitudist.
Plz need help toh replacement otherwise refund my cash

I have been handling their affiliate marketing since Aug 23. I have a proper agreement in place with their founders. Even after delivering great numbers, the Attitudist team has denied to pay more than INR 04 lakhs against the revenue generated under my services.

I am writing to formally register a complaint against Attitudist Shoes regarding an online purchase made on 18/11/2024.

I have experienced significant issues with the product received, and my attempts to resolve the matter directly with Attitudist Shoes' customer service have been unsuccessful.

The primary concerns with the purchase are as follows:

Delayed Delivery: The shoes were delivered after a substantial delay of 35 days from the date of purchase, which has caused inconvenience and frustration.

Defective Product: Upon receiving the shoes, I discovered that they caused irritation and scratches on my leg, rendering them uncomfortable and unwearable. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue through Attitudist Shoes' customer service, I have been informed that my request for return/exchange falls outside the 7-day window specified in their return policy.

Customer Service Response: The customer service responses from Attitudist Shoes have been unsatisfactory, with a refusal to make an exception to their return policy, even considering the extenuating circumstances surrounding the delayed delivery and defects in the product.

I have attached copies of the relevant documents, including order confirmations, delivery receipts, and communication with Attitudist Shoes' customer service for your reference.

In light of the above, I kindly request the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter and take appropriate actions to ensure a fair resolution. I seek one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the Defective Product: I request a replacement of the defective shoes with a new, non-defective pair.
Refund of the Purchase Price: If a replacement is not feasible, I request a full refund of the purchase price.
I trust in the Consumer Forum's commitment to protecting the rights of consumers, and I hope for a swift and just resolution to this matter.

I had placed an order on 20th Nov and made the payment upfront. Post the order was placed there was no further information from their end. On placing multiple enquiries for the status of the delivery the only response from their end was they do not have a delivery date available for my product. Its been 45 days and still there is no satisactory response from their end. Having no choice i had to cancel the order. I have placed request for refund but i havent recieved any. Infact when i log into their website the response shows that i havent even placed an order. This is the worst experience i have ever had on a e shopping site. I urge others as well to never purchase from this seller.

I ordered a product from attitudist.com on 20-Nov-2023, after I got a message that said it would take 10 to 30 days to reach the product. but I didn't get any updates until 20-Dec-2023. so I started contacting different platforms such as their website, official email ID, phone number, and official Instagram, but no proper reply, now it's been 40 days since i ordered the product but no updates

I have place an order for shoe with attitudist on 27.11.2023 amounting to rs.760/- and i received a confirmation message that i will receive my product in 10 to 30 days time, since 30 days is passed i have no cue about the shipment of my product and moreover the customer support team are also not responding to my mails of follow up.

Ive ordered a product from their website on 5nov but after 20 days i got the wrong product so i asked for refund but they are not refunding me to my bank account and telling me that you'll get refund on website wallet. I've emailed them many times but now they are not replying and also not sending the right product.

I have ordered two shoes for Rs 1, 438.56. Order No. 816870 and it was placed on 2nd November 2023. As per there policy, they deliver in 30days but today being 20th December 2023, No product is yet shipped or prepared and when asked, it gave the option to cancel from website but you can`t do it unless they do. Secondly, the refund as what i have seen are the store credits and not the actual source of payment. This needs to be under radar as GST amount is being included and whether the vendor follows this need to checked. Unprofessional behavior & Duping people`s money.
Also, the contact number is not reachable (+ 91-[protected])
Please look into this as many people are suffering from this it seems and request you to refund and take strict action against the owner & the company.

This is my complaint with reference to the order.

I order tan color brogues shoe however received brown color with different pattern on it!

This is clearly cheating with customer.

Hi i placed my order on 28 oct and it got delivered on 6 on dec.
i didnt liked the product so i wanted to return it,
their site shows 7 days return but they are not returning it,
no option for return and their site is crashing constatly
so i opted for exchange as last option on 9 of dec
they picked up the product now showing on response on it and i didnt recieved any mail for picked
i am suffering constantly
plz take a action againt them

I ordered shoes from the website of Attitudist through order ID 828463 on Nov 8, 2023. There is no response from them till date. When I track my order ID on their site, It says wrong ID. Their customer care number is not picked up by anyone and gets auto disconnected. There's no response to my email query too. It's clear that the company is fraud and has duped many people like me.The owner and people behind this should be arrested for open cheating and fraud.

Also awarenes needs to be spread to save more people getting cheated from such fraudsters

Sir here i'am requesting to you I have order one pair of shoes from attitudist and order no 791026 and when i received it the product size not fit and low quality of colour as seen in the picture quality was poor in reality so I have returned the product and after the product policy they will not give any refund instead of they will do coupon code and the amount when i'am going to order now with the sending coupon code order was not taking it's saying invalid coupon code and product also gone and amount also now when I am requesting to them they are responding with call and mail..

I have ordered it now i want to cancel the order and i am not able to there is no option to cancel or talk to the customer care

I placed the order no.- 781196, 09.10.23 for pair of shoes and sandals. In that only sandals have been delivered. Shoes are not getting delivered. When I called on their customer care number, it was showing out of order and they a re not replying on e-mail also. I have already made the payment for both. Now, I dont know what to do? Pls help

I have placed an order for shoes on the MSN ads site to Attitudist. I am unable to find my order and order status. I tried reaching them on the contact number shared on the site https://attitudist.com/pages/contact-us. But when I call for order enquiry no one picks the call. And if try to talk to them call gets disconnected. It seems they are fraudsters. Need action on them.

Please suggest what to do next.

We have purchased shoes by order no. 677193 and received through courier no. AWD[protected] but the shoe not good in quality so we returned through Delhivery order no. AWD[protected] which is received on 20.09.2023.We have done all the work which was guided by you on email and phone but till now we have not received the amount or replacement of another type shoe which was shared by us and account details also shared,

I have ordered a pair of shoes on Aug. 10th . Received small size. There is no refund system.. The consumer help man said this is exchangeable. I ordered another product and paid 200/- more for delivery charges. and after two months there is no delivery and no response.
Don't buy anything from Attitudist . This is a THUG and Fraud Company.

I ordered a pair of shoes worth Rs 1499.It showed that I would be getting a discount of 21% on that pair of shoes by entering a specific coupon code.
So I entered that specific code, but unfortunately I didn't get any discount on my order.
Please look upon my request.

Ordred a size 10 shoe, which is a notrmal size for me if i buy in North America or Europe and it fits, their show was small and i returned it. They recieved it and told me that to wait for a few weeks and they will have a larger size. Its been now since July 30th till this date they keep saying the same thing to wait and there is no refund. Thats right order at your own risk as these scam artists will not return your money
And their customer care is that absolute worst, the biggest collection of rude thieves

Pls don't buy products from attitudist. They are not professional service company. Cannot deliver products on time and unsual delay and when asked for refund they said not possible. For my case it's been 35 days till date neither product or refund money received. I think I have lost my money. Pls be careful guys.

I got another parcel a day after the first delivery and I thought it was something else that I must've ordered (I used to shop frequently from the internet that time)

I paid the amount
As it was COD

I paid for the first delivery and then second too
But the second box had a wooden block and nothing else

They scammed people just like this

If you're going to order online and pay them through online only they are not going to deliver anything or
Else the product won't be the same

If you're going to file a return request they will just ask rubbish things on call and Never really return anything or give replacement
So please be aware about the company and don't buy anything form the same

Product sizes are not correct. They say it's free delivery, but they charged 200/- to deliver the product. I got different size. When I placed for exchange. They rejected the request. Whe called to customer care their behaviour is very bad, not responding properly.
After a lot of conversation they are saying to send the product to their address with my expenses, and I asked them to reply this is a mail for rejected mail. So that it will be easy to follow. But person on phone call saying. They will not send any mail...

I called your SUPPORT number on a daily basis starting from June 3, 2023, and also told them I never got any call from your courier partner. Only received a message i.e. "CUSTOMER not available x CUSTOMER not available at given address and not reachable over the phone", and they assured me please have some patience we raised this concern to the higher authority and resolved it ASAP.

After that, I didn't receive any call from Attitudist, even yesterday I also received the same message over the phone that the CUSTOMER is not available. I called today also on your SUPPORT number and talked to your executive "Rachna". She told me again the same thing: "Have some patience. We raised this concern to the higher authority and resolved it ASAP". I requested her to check the history of my calls and the concern raised by me but she said there is no remark mentioned.
That means how I believe your SUPPORT executive or even they raise the correct concern for the CUSTOMER to any higher authority.
I asked her to transfer this CALL TO the floor supervisor or higher authority then she replied to me there is no higher authority available now. if I need to talk with them then I have to call after 1 or 2 hours.

Now I requested you to please share all those recordings with me from June 3, 2023. So that I can take legal action against ATTITUDIST SUPPORT services.

Also Thank GOD, the mode of payment for this order is COD. I have not paid anything to you otherwise it's really a big panic.
And now I'm really never ever interested in buying anything from ATTITUDIST. So please cancel this order also.

Please reply to me on my issues and recording especially.

I purchased a sandal which MRP 999 however a discount code was applied which made the price Rs. 789.56 with no delivery charges.

The product was damaged hence I placed a return request. The sandal was picked up and Attitudist issued a discount coupon to me for Rs. 789.56.

However, when I am trying to purchase another product it is not allowing me to apply the discount code published in your website so the total amount to be paid is Rs. 999 + Rs. 100 delivery charge. When I apply the refund code Rs. 789.56 gets subtracted but it asks me to the difference amount.

So this means that I am now being forced to purchase the item at cost price Rs. 999 plus shipping charges of Rs. 100 which makes total amount being paid by me an additional amount of Rs. 300. I have sent several requests to via email and shared my bank details requesting to refund to my bank account but they have denied.

This is CHEATING!!! Kindly take disciplinary action against this website to safeguard the interest of customers like me. Thanks.

My order no- 607590, made with prepaid option and expected delivery was on 04th May but I have nit yet received this order. MY money of Rs 999 gone now and no support from attitudist support team from last one month even after multiple emails.
They simply marked the delivery status as delivered and nit even delivered to me.
I have no clue where should I go to get back my money Rs 999 from them because their support team is worst that I ever see any support team.
It looks like attitudist is delhi based company who has build their business just to loot people's hard earned money and doing fraud in the name if business.

Many people's are facing similar issues with this fraud company.

Request to my govt that please take serious action against this company asap and help citizens to get looted by such frauds.

I'd ordered 2 items from https://attitudist.com/ on 18/03/2023 order no. 530447, out of which one item was delivered within 10 days and the other item is still not delivered.
I'd been calling their customer care regularly but they don't have any timeline for delivery of remaining item. They have same answer every time - "Please wait for some time and you will receive the shipment".
I'd sent a mail on their customer care email ID for refund of money but they said we can not refund the money as this was a combo order and one item is already delivered.
Please look into the matter and help me get the refund or product.

I placed an order on Attitudist for a sandal on 12th March 2023 and they asked to wait for 10 to 30 days as they prepare handcrafted items and I did wait. But after that they have not sent me any update on my complaint as I have contacted more than 10 times and they just jeep saying over the call that Kindly wait for 48 hours and they don't provide any maximum timeline for this and they are not even refunding my money and they are asking to cancel order from my side so that they can say that customer was impatient and cancelled the order. Please look into this as they seems to be a Fraud company and they are advertising on a large scale so may person can fall for this.
